The health system is pretty easy. The number before the dash is how many clicks of life they currently have, while the number after the dash is how many of clicks of health they have in total. The slash could represent the words "out of".
So a character that is (6/6) is on their first click in a dial that is 6-clicks long. If they take 2 damage it drops to (4/6), and when they are on their last click of life they would be (1/6). When they reach (0/6), they are on their first click of KO.
The number in brackets before the characters names is how much damage they have inflicted (with a +2 bonus for KO'ing a character). This is important for the RPSC, where it is the primary method of gathering experience points to advance the characters towards more expensive dials. Since you are playing the villain you don't have to worry about it, we're only concerned with the Metropolis team's progression here.
Also, the E Vampire Lackey didn't have Steal Energy on his fourth click, so he would not have healed from that critical hit.
7B:
1) Steel will go for glory and charge to P6, grabbing the HO and hitting Dracula with it. She rolls (6, 2) for a hit, Drac's impervious roll is (4), so he takes 2 net clicks of damage.
2) Lois will move back to N12.
Something Evil This Way Comes:
1) Dracula P5 (7/11)(4!) @
2) E Vampire Lackey O12 (1/4) (3!) @
3) E Vampire Lackey *KO'ed*
Lighting The Way:
1) E Supergirl *KO'ed*
2) [8] Steel P6 @
3) Gotham City Detective P9
4) [1] Lois Lane N12 (3/5)(2!) @
Got one more TTPC so if that was a hit, I'll burn it.
Still got one more TTPC left. Dracula will burn it and hope he hits the Impervious the second time around if you still hit (since we're really throwing out the normal procession of dice rolls in this game, because otherwise you'd have asked if I wanted that hit TTPC'd before you rolled Impervious).

And not sure if Lackey didn't have Steal Energy because all I see is a push and a smack from Lois for 1 which put her down 2 and on click #3 overall, a Steal Energy click as far as I can see and then she hit and healed 1 back. Confirm this?
Dracula will use Indomitable and swing with Exploit Weakness again, 10 on 17 for 4 to Steel and he'll be rocked for 4 with a roll of 3, 5 for 8, KO'd. Dracula heals up 1.
I've double checked back on this thread and can confirm that the Lackey is only down 1 after pushing, Lois smacking, the critical hit on the Steal Energy, so I'm gonna push her on Lois before wrapping up the turn, 7 on 14 for 2 and it's a 4, 5 for a 9 and a hit. Lackey pushes, Lois is on her last click.
Go ahead and take two turns clearing me on my 9A.

The Lackey pushed twice, once on turn 2 and again on turn 5. And then Lois hit him for one more, making a total of 3 damage and putting him on click #4. So your attack still would have hit, but the push damage would have KO'ed your lackey. Is that still the action you would take?

Thanks for the catch, yeah, don't want to go back and "excuse" that oversight
Proceed...Lois and the detective need to crack open this case!

I don't really see the point. Outside of Dracula rolling nothing but critial misses for the next 5 turns or so, I don't have any way for my remaining characters to even scratch him. So... game over, you win, I guess.
Yeah, I should've paid attention to the squad you were running; typically, as a rule of thumb, I don't look too closely at my opponent's team lest my head suddenly leans towards a specific counter-build, so I basically saw a "Metropolis" team and wanted to terrorize that city.
Sorry about that.
