Close; they were in the old Morlock tunnels, but they weren't Morlocks, just monsters. A whole city of them, in fact. Morbius put him back together, and the Bloodgem (or stone) returns him to normal after a fight with Daken. I for one thought it was an entertaining storyline, but then I love Marvel monsters. Cool piece. I hope I win it, and I'm glad he got made!

I actually thought it was a decent storyline, not the greatest thing but still pretty decent. I have the Punisher Max Graphic Novels as well so I can get my fix of true Punisher too. But as for the fig I love him, and he is actually very comic accurate, I don't like the Synaptic Glue Pills trait but it is accurate so I let it slide. And I think the Drill Drone Gun Power is interesting, but what I like most is his longevity. Wish we could get a good regular punisher with his staying power.

does the drill marker go away if he is ko'ed? it just says it takes a double power action to take the marker off

Played him today without knowing his dial and he was a surprisingly good damage sponge. The Drill-Drone gun power really was effective and screwed up my opponent more than his direct attacks. Got eaten by the teen titans team base but made um work for it (backed by Uru Forge wielding Rampaging Hulk)

WOAH! Cool 102 points for 9 dials... Oh wait, more than half of them are regen with 2 damage. Stinks.

The Regen gives him durability and better chances to get back on the attack special he's got. Awesome figure.

Love the sculpt, terrible dial.

I think terrible is a bit of overstatement, he's a bit old and the dial does have some weaknesses, but he works really well with the monster keyword. Plus his drill gun is an annoying sp, that either slowly kills your character or forces them to push to get rid of it.
