That said, I would fully support the idea of either a) giving the glossary a complete overhaul, or b) scrapping the glossary section completely and instead having an index that directs one back to the main rulebook pages.

Yes. Currently PW ignores all game effects used by targeted figures, which would include both relics and resources, and so will the new wording.

YES!!! I've been saying this for YEARS that it can sometimes be hard to find what you're looking for in the rulebook (especially for newer players) when you don't have a searchable PDF available. I was trying to find a statement about an object last week... not in the object section or in doing damage, but I can't remember what it was or where I found it, just that it was around the middle. :-s
