Gotham Knights - Upgrades
Catwoman will upgrade to her 71pt E version from the Batman set using KOs.
Lucius will upgrade to the Grapnel Gun Relic with ASTs. I imagine that I can do that, as Lucius invented 90% of the things in the Bat Belt in the first place. It makes sense that he'd be able to do it for League purposes as well

Plasticity won't stop Charge with the new rules or the old rules. It really only kicks Hypersonic in the apple bags.
Really? I thought it also interrupted those. But I guess when I think about it, movement for Charge stops so that you can take a close combat attack action.
Didn't really matter anyways. The difference in outcome would be negligible
The point still stands - I'll be happy when we move to the new rules.

Yes. Yes it is. I don't begrudge you for it - I have Nightcrawler and Namor on my team and all manner of cheese.
I do think that this game is now in breakdown mode though. Teams like that shouldn't be possible, but are likely going to become more and more common because the interactions of powers that break the rules cannot be checked by humans or even machines well.

Yeah, we'll have to get a fun game together somewhere along the way. I still love parts of the game - but I'm definitely one who is losing interest in the broader scene because of vehicles and team bases.

Honestly, I think it'll balance out. Figures will start coming out with 'Figures can only be moved when they themselves are given a move or power action to do so'. Or a Magneto/Dr Polaris type with 'Mind Control as a free action targeting Vehicles, deal damage to vehicle successfully hit by Mind Control'.
or some Skrulls with 'Mistrust: Can use Perplex a number of times per turn equal to the number of characters on target's base, but only targeting opponents'.
The nice thing about Silver Bullets is that they're cheap and easy. Look what happened to 'Crawler, Skrull Ms Marvel and the like.
