Fighting against the fastest man alive with an assortment of schtick was normally a losing battle. Which is why the Rogues normally took a "hit and fade" approach with modestly impressive results. They hadn't anticipated a second little speedster on this job though, and so the plan had to be abandoned in favor of a little improvisation.
"Suck snow!" Cold snapped, burying Flash in an avalanche of icy cold.
1) Captain Cold pushes to attack Wally, rolling (4, 6) for a hit! Flash takes 3 clicks, Cold takes 1.
[Captain Cold now has Plasticity thanks to the push, which (in the new rules) interacts differently with HSS]

1) Cold pushes, narrowing his eyes and in an effort of extreme concentration, fights through the never-ending hurricane to land his last shot right on Flash's chest.
Flash takes 2 clicks and is KO'ed, Captain Cold takes 1 click.
The hurricane stops at last, replaced with a gentle blanket of snowflakes drifting down. Cold, exhausted, takes a seat next to Wally and his younger protege laid out on the ground, realizing that the next generation has already arrived to replace the old guard like himself. How long before there was a new Trickster, a new Captain Boomerang, a Kid Cold?
