He is amazing! Used him and inertia together and they were a sick combo. Awesome speed values with hypersonic speed while your opponent has to half theirs is crazy. Crazy high attack value made sure I never missed an attack and the high damage with SS made sure I one shotted most of my opponents figs. Could have done without the heat vision but other than that, amazing piece. 5 stars.
Holy ####, was I impressed by this guy. I pulled him and played him today and he took out 2 draculas and numerous support pieces all on his own in an 800 pt game. The battle fury definitely comes in handy against mind-control/incap. Too bad his indomitable is outwit table.
1. The sculpt is awesome...but not for the melee beatstick prime we see here. Should have either A: added some P/PB to those clicks without super strength and maybe some RS or B: Made the sculpt more like the AA SMP's and have him look ready to smack someone.
2. The Price is absurd. $80+ for this guy? He is cool and all, but he isn't that great. So easy to deal with with a well-built team. Of course this isn't WK's fault in any way, just kind of ridiculous. I expect him to settle in the $50-60 range when all is said and done.
3. Aside from the lack of ranged powers I feel those last two clicks should have been regen or maybe a special healing power of some sort?
All in all I give the figure 4 out of 5 stars. I can't wait to play mine because I just love big dumb bricks for whatever reason, but I feel it could have been a little better.

I played him yesterday at 600 pts Kryptonian army with General Zod (125pts) and 2 Kryptonian rebel, with full Batbelt (with black Batman coustume attached for Stealth) and in Golden Age format with protected and Contingency Plan to Zod. I played against Cosmic Spider with full guantelet and powerfull support team with Master of evil yellowjaket and CW Scarlet witch. I really liked Prime, it was funny to see my friend's spidey triying to heal with the green gem and get the fury of Primes trait. I won with any problem. In resume "He is a beast in the rigth hands"
When I read all about Super Boy - Prime and then look at this figures dial I don't feel prime at all. I have one but I'm turn off by his Stats. This is the guy who smashed the Teen Titans killed Superboy, Earth 2 Superman at the same time fighting another Superman and a quarter of the Green Lantern force. Also killing a quarter of that force as well. Let's not forget about taking on the JLA and taking out the orbital station. So when I look at this figure stats it does not look like Superboy prime to me.

Don't forget he got depowered at the end of the Black Lantern stuff and has lately only regained most of his powers. Though now he's stuck in the source wall.
Anywho, I love the dial. The first click battle fury doesn't bother me, and I don't think i'd be making ranged attacks with Prime anyways. He's primarily there to get into the thick of things, and beat the crap out of anyone in charge/HSS range. His stats are a ton better than the AA Prime, which I loved a lot due to the 10 range. The trait is much better this time around, but I think the SPs on the AA Prime were better. Charge/Flurry plus EW meant the big figures were auto dead, and littler figures we're turned to dust. This new Prime has the same one hit kill danger, but it takes a lot more to beat down some of the bigger figures out now. All in all, I really like this figure at 350 and 200. He's one of my favorite comic book characters, and always was one of my go to tentpoles back in the day.

Well the reason he doesn't seem as powerful is the same reason an armor-less tony Stark from chaos wars could kill superman or black canary can end worldbreaker. This is a game and it needs balance. Maybe some day we'll get a high-costed (600+) Superboy Prime with a colossal base that can go toe to toe with high point teams. But until then, if that ever happens, we have 2 great versions of the character in clix form that are designed with balance in mind.
I understand balance in the game. In every set there is one figure that's screams out here I come. All the other Superman's have cool traits or powers. Some of them can even go toe to toe with this guy and beat him. Sad.....They under power Superboy-Prime and the Hulk all the time and give other characters that are not so grate awesome stuff. I just want to seem them represented once. They give ok and nice figure. Nothing like Metron, Nightcrewler, Sentry and Void. Figure that scream out here I come. Two major figure in there worlds and just Ok pieces. That's how I feel.

You just listed 2 of the most broken figures ever made. I don't understand why you need a figure to be broken for you to feel it's been done justice. Hulk has gotten a lot of love recently with 202 movie hulk and worldbreaker. These figures aren't meant to be competitive, they are meant for casual play and to make fans happy. At least that's how I feel.
the concept of broken in heroclix has always been a problem to me. there's a way to beat every figure with some simple thought and strategy. this game is one of the most balanced due to how powers are distributed. to be honest the most powerful characters in the game are the ones that are in between 50 to 150 points. they work on any team value and losing one or 2 in a battle doesn't mean a lost. i agree i want a superman on the level of sentry/void. who's getting easier and easier to beat as more sets come out. honestly brainiac at 350 is definitley one of the strongest in the game and hard to beat and i guess could earn the title broken.....
nah just don't see broken in heroclix. nothing gurantess u a sure fire win no matter of player skill. novice players who use these broken characters don't on average win tournaments or matches. so it's hard for me to think these characters are broken.
comes down to what kind player and what kind of characters he likes. i like a variety of things hence why i love this game. but for the most part i like to go against "broken" characters with forces made of normal characters just as much as i like using them.
I'm so glad I pulled one in one of my two cases. I would not have been okay paying 100 dollars for this on Ebay. The dial is high-powered, but even higher-costed; it's overcosted, really, for that trait that will be all but useless against anyone other than the most oblivious players.
Moving on, there's no such thing as 'broken' in HeroClix. Nothing has ever been unbeatable, and nothing ever will be. If you have a feeling your opponent is going to be playing a particular figure, or it will show up sometime in the flow of a tournament (Sentroid, Chanos, Metron, and Crawler all come to mind as figures people love to ##### and moan about) then it's your own fault if you don't build to counteract, not theirs. People who sit and cry about "broken" pieces make me laugh every time. Also, to anyone who thinks this figure's anywhere close to Sentry and Void in terms of dial effeciency, you need your head examined. This guy's a glorified old-school KC Superman for -more- points with -less- ranged combat potential. I likely won't be fielding him outside of a carefully-built themed team. Hell, the only chase from this set that's going to see regular play from me is Zookeeper--THAT guy is a beast. It's about time SI Gamora came back to modern age.
