So what happens if Catwoman use the deathtrap on your opponent last figure on the map?

If you capture your opponent's last character in the deathtrap the game will end after actions resolve and victory will be decided by points. Notethat you will not score any points for that last character as it wasn't defeated/KO'd.

Same as capturing the last figure on the map. The game ends and you tally points of defeated characters(the trapped figure is not defeated) to determine the winner.
