At face value his stats look lackluster and pathetic....but from literally ONE attack later dealing at least 3-4 damage he is now sporting a 11 movement, 13 attack, 19 toughness and 6 damage. That is a great trait and it truly makes the player feel like they are using strong guy. But still....I can't stand when stats are compensated for the sake of anticipated increases. They purposely gave him horrible stats because they knew he could increase them via the trait....they should've given him a recent starting click of 10 attack, 17 defense and 4 damage. In order for the trait to work he would never have his starting clucks stats increased to ungodly amounts....maybe they could've designed 'sweet spots" on his dial as well and the player cojldve hoped that they would land on a 13 attack, 20 defense and 7 damage. But as is he's a lot of fun, I would've designed him differently however...

13 attack? He is never capable of a 13 attack value without a friendly perplexer on click 3. If he takes 3 damage he is on click 4 where he has a natural 9. 9+3=12.

Your friend was either cheating or uneducated. It's illegal for his stats to be modified beyond a +3.

I prefer his defense lower so it's easier for them to get a hit in on him. However, i agree maybe an 11 attack and then start decreasing to give him 1 extra click with 10 value. 4 dmg start would have been nice also.
I love Strong Guy. I played him, WXM Polaris, WXM Havok and GSX Sabretooth in a 400 point game and that team was impressive. Havok and Polaris would hang back and use their synergy and Sabretooth and Strong Guy would base the other guy and beg to be hit :)

Someone pointed this out on Layla Miller's page in reference to spawning a ton of Multiple Mans, but you can trigger his trait via Energy Explosion for some controlled damage and buffing.
