Hate to hold this up then, but there's some positioning off. Lead & Tin were in K13 (or more likely K14 on the object.) Will and Platinum moved to K14. So it looks like Lead & Tin moved, but it's not reflected in your turn or recap.
Your post says Iron Moved to K16, which may be okay, there's someone there on the map, but you have him L17 on the recap. Someone's also in J17. Is that Lead & Tin with Iron in K16, or vice versa?

Luthor ups Alchemy's AV to 10. Alchemy tries to throw the HO from K16 at Iron, DV17 +1. Gets 5. Luthor PCs it to 7. Still not enough.
Max on Lead & Tin? SC is 3. AV8 on DV16. Luthor will copy Hydra to cancel the Perplex. Gets 4
Luthor himself on L&T, AV9 on DV16, SC is 6. On Will and Platinum then. DV17 +1 instead. Gets 8.
Walter on Lead & Tin? SC is 4. AV7 on DV16 +1. Now I finally get the big roll, a 10. And my lame duck makes the kill.
