Hellfire Club: Inner Circle can keep doing actions without action tokens while the White King is showing on the asset dial, unless they are facing Excalibur of course.
So Iceman only attacks once against all adjacent to a marker placed opposing. No printed damage with the attack just one or 2 based on the action total plus 1 potential pushing.
White king can heal while off the map, but people were saying he basically gets healing factor still even when he comes back to the map after 'dying' which is not the case. Sure he can regen back up, but he doesn't free heal 1 once he's back on the map. Only happens when he's off.
Shadow King can heal multiple times with his defense power, pushing, crit miss, flurry, mystics.
Thanos does not stop white king from healing off the map
Absurd or not, it's real and it's legal (barring errata). Multiple replacement values are calculated in any order.
So I see this now after re-reading the rulebook on replace then modify. It doesn't seem to follow through logically, but it isn't worded logically, so its a moot point. However, even in this case, Mikhail is still able to reach then other side of the map, so i guess it really doesn't matter.
Also, I don't think it would require an errata on mikhails part, but rather a closer look at the rules regarding replacing values. In 10 cases out of 10 it has never been an issue, but then a new character is released that creates a corner case, and the whole standing rule needs reworked. This is exactly why i stay out of the rule forums these days. (This thread was started in general discussion.)

Frankly I find these comments offensive. No one is "rules lawyering" or refusing to acknowledge intent. You play by what the rules say, not what you "think they really meant'. If what they actually say isn't the intent, you need to fix the text to match the intent, not ignore what it really says because "I'm pretty sure they didn't mean that". Wolverine and Mikhail are both cases where the rules are clear, we just don't know if they match the intent. Iceman and White King are cases where the text isn't clear so you have to get a clarification. EVA is a reflection of a standing rule that has been uniformly applied and is now being reconsidered. If someone wants to point out the "rules lawyering" specifically I'll be happy to look.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

To be fair, it's the rules culture and those enforcing the rules that have encouraged this. There's abundant documentation stating that 'intent' don't mean ####.
Re: Kid Omega, I don't mind one way or the other this ruling [as I can see clearly the reading of it in either way, and given current GD's druthers, it's no surprise they 'intended' the more powerful interpretation] but now I feel absolutely no shame in using Radagast [as if I ever did] 'cause this is like him but easier to use.

I can't wait to use Kid Omega with my 3 Big Berthas!

I'm confused at why these are issues.
...
White King - it says right in the power that "while off the map ..." he heals

AS LONG AS MY HEAD SURVIVES: When White King's first KO click is revealed, instead of being KO'd, keep turning the dial as normal for the damage taken (up to click #12). White King is removed from the map, and at the beginning of each of your turns, heal him of 1 damage. When click #6 is revealed, place him into your starting area. If all other friendly characters are KO'd or no longer on the map while White King is not on the map, he is KO'd.
Actually no, it does not say "while off the map". And while its since been clarified that this was the intent it needs to be put into words to be official.
