Maybe if it's card stock???

One thing my friend and I also noticed was the lack of a cloak token in the Defiant pack.

We also found the almost whole punch out with three little tokens a total waste. Could have easily put something else on those cards to have been punched out. Maybe even a minefield token.

Now to conceive a team for Dominion War 2...

definitely would recommend a cloaked ship, perhaps with Sulu and/or Clark Terell on another ship.

I was trying to point out that when it was brought up, Andrew jumped on it quickly and did what he could.

You aren't required to know about it.....although we did talk about it here as well.

Someone was suggesting that one of this expansions card stock had enough room to make a mine template........and anyone who still has theirs from the starter should be able to make a few. I haven't looked, or tried that myself yet though.

I dragged my three year old into my LGS probably minutes after the order had been unloaded and stocked on the shelves to get my Defiant. My precious...

Anyway, I'm probably only going to ever get one of each Federation ship, assuming they ever come out with something else tha can punch and take a punch nearly as well as the Galaxy class (I'm waiting for you Soverign). But, the Defiant might break that rule, because I really loved that show and ship.

I could see two and possibly three BoPs, especially if the LE is indicative of the ship itself, for the Klingons, and maybe two K'tingas. But, one Neg'var is plenty for me.

I wish I liked the D'deridex in the game more, because I really want to run three in a 100 point fleet. But, the 3263 generic doesn't excite me as much as the Valdore's 4262 stats do, even if I prefer the ship itself over the Valdore. So, I'm probably not going to focus on the Romulans much.

I want to eventually get three Galors, maybe two Breen cruisers, four Jem'hadar attack ships, and one Jem'hadar battleship. Of course being me, I'll run the Cardassians by themselves, but mix the Breen in with the Jem'hadar on occasion. I just like the idea of a separate Cardassian fleet, before the Dominion came along.

I'm not much of a Voyager fan, so I'll probably skip the Delta quadrant, same for the 22nd century (unless they come out with Andorians), and the mirror universe. But, my TOS fleets will be four (minimum) ships large of Constitutions and D7s and TOS Warbirds (three if I an get two Romulan Battlecruisers) if I get my way.

Right now, I'm mostly focusing on Federation and Klingons and the 23rd Century.

I would find a way to add Mirok to your list to captain the ship you plan to run close to the OWP's.

I actually printed out the mine token last night and glued it on to the giant left over piece of cardboard from the 5th Wing Patrol ship and spent twenty minutes cutting it out. Pain in the butt, but it looks ok. Would be nice if they added it to a future expansion, or an accessories pack. Might even buy a third starter if I can find one for the right price. (probably what Wizkids intended by leaving it out in the first place )

I agree they should have done something, such a waste of cardboard, and it wasn't the only expansion to have that. Should have included a mine token or something else.

Had an event yesterday so I bought 2 packs and pulled a Defiant and the Patrol Ship! Booyaaa!!!! Only 2 ships I really wanted from this wave!!

It seems like the Defiant is extremely common, almost everyone got one.

Thankfully I pulled the Praetus, which was the only other ship I wanted. Seems like a super rare figure though, so I'm glad I got one early.

I am one that didn't.

I went to Clix last night not expecting to see any ships (as the store was supposed to let me know when they were in so we could get together a 'new ship night') but when I got there one of the guys said they were in and it was odd that I hadn't pre-ordered any.

That wasn't the case and I told him so....along with my pre-order for the Imperial Aces and Wave 2 and Wave 3.

So after I put my clix downstairs he had gone to the shelf and grabbed 3 packs........and low and behold it was the Defiant that had already sold out. How odd.

Going to another shop for a FI event tonight.......they sell their AW for less as well.....so it might be ok. :fingerscrossed:

Damn, I guess I should have saved that card stock. I have two minefield tokens already, but wouldn't mind a third one.

I'm going to a shop tomorrow I've not been to in awhile to hopefully get another LE Klingon Ship!! They require a ship purchase not sure what I'm going to get as I have them all, not sure I need a third defiant, and since the upgrade cards that are good are unique, not very important to get more.

If I get a defiant would you like me to send it to ya?
