I understand that is the ruling, I just wish there was more precedence for it then the fact that the power doesn't say who gets the actions. Why is was that the first choice for who makes the attack. I mean look at Dr strange with the astral projections. It was more than just clearly stated that Dr strange was making the attack, it also said how. Due to that fact that this ruling generates so much controversial possibilities that even the person making the ruling also questions it should say something big about the ruling.

Who has control of it? Is it SC? Is it TS? If an Opposing character mind controls SC and puts out additional torpedoes, would they control it? Would it be the Mind Controlling character that is making the attack or is it still SC even though it was the opponent that generated it?

Isn't arguing differing opinion what's going on? We can debate about this all day, but I disagree with your opinion that this isn't a debate. It is, because people disagree and express their opposing opinion. The fact that people are still arguing and discussing about it means it's still debated. Whether you like it or not. I do believe the issue should be settled for now, until any changes in rulings, but it doesn't mean there isn't still an ongoing debate about it.

You are correct, as my original post says, I'm not sure. It's worded so goofy.

I feel like "roll" and other such oddities in the wording point to one obvious answer: the torpedo wasn't meant to be an attack from silver centurion. It's supposed to be its own one-shot thing. This is a big enough deal now where GD really should get a clarification out already.
