Ooh, what if he does PW? I know it's not on his dial, but what if some game effect allows him to do it (eg. BoS on the last few clicks)... would it only come from the falcon or could it come from his base and the falcon?
Also, if he PW'd from the Falcon, would it affect 2 squares away (1/2 of the 3 range) or be the full 3 (as it would be 1/2 of his 9 range, but the falcon is limited to 3)?
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????

If he used PW, he could draw LoF in thee different ways:
1. Just from himself
2. Just from the falcon
3. From both himself and the falcon
If he would draw LoF from the falcon he could draw it to 3 squares from the bird.
It seems fairly obvious to me and others that this power was not meant to be used for Close Combat attacks. So building a team around a perceived loop hole should be a no no.
Remember folks this is a game of little plastic dolls with super powers.
While I agree with you wholeheartedly, sadly, this is the state of the game these days. Whenever you implement a system into a competitive environment there will always be people looking for holes to exploit. Gamer mentality disregards the notion of sportsmanship especially when the rules are involved.

That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure if it was just wishful thinking or if I was reading into it right. LOL! Now I'm kind of wanting to get this guy back after I got rid of my last one.

Heh, sorry. I caught the thread a couple of days ago and its been under discussion. I should have posted as such. Yes, this looks totally legal according to the rules as has been shown by previous posters. This is definitely not intended and we are determining the best way to fix the problem.
Thank you kindly for the response.
What we do in life echoes in eternity!
Respect is a given, only disrespect can be earned.

I'd exploit this trick not to be a dink, but because I think it would be funny. I mean, it's punching someone from the sky. I'd also use the opportunity to semi-yell "Fal-con PUNCH!"

If your gonna do it. Do it full throttle, yell it like a true battle cry rainging down upon your enemies.
