Thinking about this some more, it's extraordinary bad luck that this OP got pushed back after the Borg sphere comes out. They're going to have such a massive advantage in this scenario. It feels like this was designed for quick, maneuverable ships that tend to not see a whole lot of in tournaments, but the Borg sphere's maneuvering will put even the best Jem'hadar helmsman to shame, and their huge attack value will make short work of anything lighter than a cruiser.

I'm now seriously considering the following fleet for use if I have to play the Bye round at the event:

Not very powerful on offense but highly mobile with some annoying abilities.
