and i meant that if u run shot u cant be given the free action because he would have a token after actions resolve. I'm not being rude all i was saying is that once you modify her speed value and then run shot, That run shot than halves the modify'd value as it only states to half your speed value which would be 6. And that she could run shot 3 i just dont understand why run shot isnt using the modify'd value. And i should have made it clear above i meant she was unable to use her free action as she would have an action not that she would lose the modify.

The way I read this power is she can running shot for 5 squares at 6 range, 4 squares at 7/8 range and 3 squares for 9 range. I don't get the whole debate about the squares because of course your taking the free action prior to halving your RS. I've also seen it ruled that way and I agree, represents Domino's varying arsenal. Very potent figure in the right hands, reminds me of the Domino from that Sex and Violence series where she hooked up with Wolvie. Sneaky and hard to hit. Love the figure and the character, but don't understand how someone could think that she would get an action token for using her FREE ACTION prior to the RS or any attack. I will have to say that even though the GSX Domino has a pretty pathetic SP with it only queuing off of a crit hit, I like her more at that 69 point value over this one in a Golden Age theme game.

Replace then modify, my friend. Every 1 range you get is one less square of movement in the running shot. 5 squares and 6 range, 4 squares 7 range, 3 squares 8 range, 2 squares 9 range.

A decent counter to Bullseye, since she gains protection from range due to ES/D and can extend her range to be able to PC an attack roll from up to 9 squares out.
