A question for you X-Wingers out there - how balanced do you find games where one side has a big ship and the other doesn't? The shuttle and decimator don't appeal to me that much, and while I'd definitely want to grab Slave I, thematically I don't see it getting used in Imperial fleets that often. I'm wondering, if I were to get the Outrider and have it supported by a couple of rebel fighters, how much fun it would be for the Imperial player running only various TIE's against it.
I actually find it really fun. Depending on the ship (my wife likes to run the Falcon) it could really strain your maneuvering skills. I sometimes run Slave I and the Lambda, using the Lambda to run interference and use the other ships to pick them off. I think we've only played one game where both of us were using a big ship...
I've not gone up against a two Falcon build so I can't really speak to that. I nearly took out a Falcon (one hull to go) at the last prerelease with my Shuttle + Royal Guard Interceptors. Very good match and a lot of fun.
In that same tourney I played against a Shuttle + Firespray build and got decimated.
One big ship on a force = fun. More than that? I'd have to get more games in to formulate a full opinion.
The Decimator will be a very tough ship but it'll be easy to hit. Its also ~half your build, from the looks of it.

I don't really find the size of the ship to lead to balance issues. I'm not saying they play the same as the smaller ships, but nothing really sticks out relating to the size that gives them a huge advantage. They are bigger, so movement is different. At the same time, they are easier to get into your arc and most have low agility.
Turret primaries are tough to deal with, but I don't find them game breaking. The ships seem well balanced for the points, all the way across the board. Just the combination of upgrades and stats makes them all play different, not even considering their movement dials.
I've defeated Falcons, Firesprays, and Shuttles with both Imperial and Rebel squads.

If "big ship" is shuttle, slave I or falcon, then i'd say it's pretty balanced. I haven't played with two big ships (but it's not your question) and i haven't tried the very big/colossal ships yet (even if i own them)... But i'm quite confident in FFG to do something either balanced or at least challenging but not overpowered. Time will tell.
Some fun tidbits. Nothing really new on the Outrider, though it points out who the champion cards are, Stay on Target and the Dash Rendar crew card.
We do get Captain Oicunn's abilty, which seems to be similar to the Anti-pursuit Lasers, only for when you hit. I think he's the PS 4 Decimator. We also get what the title does, which prevents the loss of it's action when it collides with a ship, though it does sound like it may not be guaranteed. Sadly, not costs on either of them.
And we get info on the debris tokens. They apparently work differently than asteroids. Instead of losing your attack when you land on them, you gain a stress. Which makes things interesting when you are flying through a debris field instead of an asteroid field. I'm assuming the damage part of moving over or landing on one still applies.
