I think you're thinking of multi-target Pulse Wave. In EE, you have the primary target(s) that takes normal damage, and anybody adjacent to him that takes 1 damage for every bolt the attacker has.

I guess so....I think it is why i never sued EE as I thought that was lame ....what 6 years in i figure this out
