And for those who haven't seen it, here's a pic from NYTF'15 showing the ID Cards inserted into the round table. Looks like they're styrene, similar to pocketmodels, the pilot cards from MechWarrior and various elements in Mage Knight. Even if they're the thinner styrene that was eventually used for MechWarrior (which looks like the case), they should be pretty sturdy and durable.

That 'Clearance Required' sticker on the back looks like it's been added by WizKids for the show, to conceal the rules text on the back of the card. I can make out "Setup", "Call In" and "Inspire" as what appear to be main headers in the text.

I might get the Avenger's Roundtable, if only because the components are easier to carry/store. Not every part of a resource needs to be teeny-tiny and easy to lose, Wizkids.

So, they're giving away the cards, separate from the pieces they go with? That's kind of stupid.

We don't know that there is any connection between the cards and a specific piece.

It's likely possible to use the cards with the corresponding figures and without them.

This is tin-hatting on my part, but from what I can see on Astrovik's card, there's Inspiration, Set-Up, Call In <Something>, and Inspire.

Justice's Inspiration is Something Something by +1. I think.

So maybe you can have Batman be Inspired by Justice, and get a +1 to his speed or some stat?

I've spotted more -Justice is AVID-005 and the cost is 5 points.

In slide 2 of the Figures.com album I see the familiar refrain regarding proven event performance as tracked in the WES being a requirement for Age of Ultron. I recall them trotting out that dead horse before War of Light as well (and ultimately abandoning everything but scheduling). Wonder what it will mean this time around? The WES is still an incredibly buggy system, not one I'd ever want to rely on. Heck, as I write this I note I can't even find the local event scheduled for this Thursday... even though it was up and visible yesterday.

They're doing lots of planned changes in the WES. They may be doing something that causes the glitch.

And in theory (the cards we are getting in the op are thor, cap, iron man and hulk) we are getting at least 3 of each of those named characters so the cards could work with all of those figures instead of one specific one.
