Agent 13
Shatterstar
Black Talon
Blind Al
Splitlip
Book of skulls minus 1 hammer
Entity
Ion.
Basically you are blind aling Agent 13 to click 2. Black Talon shatterstar across the map, using the entity to up the damage and blind al to up the damage, now his flurry for 8 damage while ignoring gluttony defense kills him quick. If you wait till turn two to do it, you can free hammer drop and quake to get doop for 1 also.
I played against a team similar to this at a ROC a year ago. It used Adara instead of Ion (because he wasn't out yet) and a power plant. I can't remember what he used instead of Splitlip
Shatter star and agent 13,is the real deal. Very hard to deal with. Also if you notice jenny sparks made top 8 and I believe would have beeten gloup if not for horrible dice rolls and a few play mistakes
What about Omega Drive? Wouldn't that allow you to Outwit the defense power?
Relic: 3-6.
When this character uses Outwit, it may target any character within its range regardless of line of fire, and may use its Outwit to counter powers that can't normally be countered.

It would and it's one of the easiest relics to pick up. Splitlip makes nearly a fait accompli.
But it requires one to forgo a resource and even with Glut/Doop making resources unreliable, I doubt that many would have the nerve to run without one.

Please, in all your knowledge of the game, post a "well balanced" team to beat this one. Most of the answers have already been given, but a drive by post with nothing to contribute does nothing for discussion.
In all seriousness, has anybody tried capturing yet?
I have a few teams that thrash this. I'm not going to post it as I have a roc and state tournament coming up. You'll see my team(s) then.
But here's a tip. A force with 1 and 1/2 attackers with 75 points of entities isn't gonna cut it.
The 225 point Malekith is a nice way to deal with Gluttony. He could one shot him, actually.
C
I like that idea. Add 50 point Mercy and she'll bring t/k and barrier, as well as prob control.
Has anyone built a team with Shimmer, from Teen Titans? Her trait will force Gluttony to take Mystics whenever anyone attacks and hits him. Plus she brings barrier and Perplex.

Bingo.....

The pieces that I can think of would be Forge, Jenny Sparks, Greed with Ophidian and Omega Drive and there might be a place for Rogue. There are other pieces but these are the only ones that are competitive in a 300 point match. In that though you still multiple attacks to bring the team down. All the pieces mentioned get around Gluttony but not Doop. Also maybe Agent 13 but she usually dies after you get her in there.

Doop is 4 clix deep..If you kill Gluttony the match is pretty much over. If you put Ion on Agent 13 shape change and impervious and outwit, and a 20 defense at close range plus plasticity stops doop in his tracks..and with his 2 damage he isn't killing anyone.
This is a fairly atypical Worlds team. It has a lot of weaknesses. Kennie plays it masterfully. I don't expect many people to be able to succeed with it, though lots will try. Kennie beat a possessed green Jennie Sparks and canadians, after all.
OK, I'm missing something here. Are you talking about a team of gluttony and doop and nothing else?
No, Doop possessed by Entity and Gluttony by Proselyte plus Splitlip and Full Book of Skulls.

Also greed with ophidian and omega drive would make Doop and Gluttony easy pickings.
Blue Devil works against Stop Clicks. Gluttony and Doop don't have any.

Respond to an ask for assistance with Vague notions that do nothing to help or further the conversation?
What's the point? To make us fear your awesome team? To make us look up at you? To make people go "Oh balanced team...duh."?
I'm sorry if you are sincerely trying to help in some way and just can't for some reason. But this smacks of something else entirely.
