1) Atomica tries to break away from Wolverine...3. With a +2 from Plasticity, it becomes a 5. Atomica sneaks past Wolverine and Power Ring and goes down the stairs to G11.
2) Power Ring freaks out and uses Pulse Wave. 10 on stuff...1+1 for a crit miss. Power Ring is grounded.
For all the times I screw up, I still love this game. I'll keep playing it till it isn't fun anymore.

Actually, Power Ring is on the Rim.. so his attack sees atomica, and she cannot prob it.. I'm pretty sure. Like.. 95%.
And if I'm wrong, your turn is correct, because even though Red Skull is seen, he has an effective defense of 18 because of Bully/Coward.
Reason why I say what I do, is because although Pulsewave doesn't ignore elevation, normal attacks on the rim do, effectively. So the normal portion will be fine enough for there. I believe that sticks as a crit miss. You'd had to of made it out to L-8 to be out of Pulsewave range, which it doesn't look like you can do.
