Excellent panel you picked there for Hawkman, Baron. And the dial really feels like a Hawkman, especially at higher points, with the dial length combined with the 145 point trait to give him great longevity and the ignoring characters that gets him where he needs to be to swing that mace. I like that defensively, he is hard to catch and hard to hit, but when he takes a good hit, it will hurt him good. But between the traited Toughness, dial length, and stop click, he will be taking quite a few good hits. But not after hitting the opposing force where it hurts and hopefully dodging some attacks like a graceful dove.
I like the split dial you made there, one being a great primary attacker with powers to support and make your team better. The other being a competent secondary attacker at a team friendly cost to make him and a Hawkgirl a solid foundation for a team. I really like that for most of the dial he has either Precision Strike or Exploit for most of the dial so that damage sticks.
My main issue with the dial is that for 145 points, his 3 damage means that he can't get much damage in against other character of similar points with reducers. It is true that he has Outwit to eliminate reducers, yes, but his Outwit doesn't mesh with the rest od what he has on the dial when he has it. I would have maybe not had Outwit on the dial to cost less, or maybe Perplex to represent battle tacrics. Or maybe Battle Fury, although you used the flavour text of Savage elsewhere. Point being that at that point he's a hit and run character, so being within 6 squares in order to use that Outwit isn't really where he wants to be. Although it would be useful when he is based and about to automatically break away. I guess I'd say that I would have liked to see a 4 damage value on that first click, but as is he's absolutely costed appropriately. I would have maybe traded off that last click of Exploit for more printed damage elsewhere.
As is, he is still a solid figure. A very good 4/5, with bonus points for him simply feeling like a Hawkman in so many ways.
Yeah, now that I think about it, if Guy Gardner gets Precision Strike and Battle Fury, why shouldn't Hawkman? Shape Change is all too common now, and Hawkman is too good to fall for that shenanigans.
Between their 2 s and top dial empower (kettle, btw, is the word for a group of hawks instead of flock) hawkman and hawkgirl are wrecking house. As they should.

I had strongly considered adding bf to his sp, but was concerned about eliminating his ranged option on the vet dial. But ah, who we kidding? Carter goes in mace first long before he loads his crossbow. Bf added

Great post! Everything is spot on EXCEPT for one huge omission! Where is Mr. Mind here?!?! He has to be in here. I will accept the small worm or the huge time consuming bug that almost killed everything from the 52 story line. I guess there could be both with a split dial design. Overall great job!

That'll be the con exclusive.
Mr. Mind is a tiny size, like the toys or flock of bats, that can fit into Skeets (single-base vehicle), and they come with the bigger Mr. Mind (so in the Supreme Intelligence size and cost)
Although if I ever won the Worlds event, Mr. Mind would be my figure of choice. That would be the only connection I would want this figure to have to any type of convention.

I really think Dark Knight is incapable of creating anything that does not involve 80's/90's pop culture in some way. It evokes both mirth and nostalgia in me.

Mr Mind would be cool to see made again, particularly now that we have . But I gotta tell you, the one we have is still crazy awesome. Super bargain for those 68 points and I totally geek out every time I look at that sculpt
