Mantis doesn't have the range for Dwarf. Minimum 4 range, and he's 5 out.

Mantis has a special Mind Control thingie, This One Nudged You to Join: Mantis can use Mind Control as if she had a range value of 7.

So she gets Mind Control with a range of 7, and she can target friendly characters with the GotG keyword only if they're adjacent.

1) Dwarf will charge/quake to G-19, 11 on DVs 16 and 18 respectively, needs a 7. Rolls: 6, hits only Cosmo. Reroll from Mantis is 7 which hits both. Cosmo Senses: 2. He's KOed, and Mantis takes 3. She's KBed to J-19, but then re-maneuvered to F-18.
