No, it's still locked at 1. I think you need a special power for it to be more than 1. He is in H16/17, I16/17.
Oh, so he's just PW'ing in place? You said RS, so was wondering where he was running shot to. If that's the case, I don't think I can PC since everyone's in range.

You would be able to TTPC with Polar Boy since he is on elevated terrain and unaffected by the PW. Up to you if you want to give him the two tokens though.

Is that how it works? PW states that it does not ignore elevated terrain.
That is true if it were blocking LoF. Like a regular sized person on the ground and say Polar Boy was away from the edge. PW doesn't ignore the elevated terrain blocking line of fire to Polar Boy. But in this case he can be seen since he's at the edge of the elevated terrain, there is LoF to the ground. But that's for regular sized figures. In this case, since Sentinel is colossal, he's considered at ALL elevations so he would be able to see Polar Boy even if he was away from the edge.

Gotcha! Sorry for the back and forth. I'll finish my turn.
a few things. Actually the PW hits all of my guys since they were all in range. And 2nd for support if you roll a crit miss, actually it's not Toymaster that gets the click, it's the patient, so the Sentinel would take the click and unfortunately the injury.
