While I am here, I would like to point out that Speed Demon is not in a place for Doc to borrow the 11 AV as he is not adjacent. Even if Mysterio gets the 11 av from Speed Demon to link into Doc, Doc is borrowing the AV from Mysterio instead so if you wanted Speed Demon's AV for the trait, he would need to be where Mysterio is.
One slight thing to add to pupulesurfer's clarification--you need line of fire to the square, not the target of the attack. It doesn't matter in this particular case, but it does matter for things like stealth, so it could come up in future games.

Hey Krueg, so you won't be able to target Lightning Lad until Clark is out of the way. So you'll have to redo your turn at least for those actions.
I'm sorry Tanis. It was not my intent to go over the rules, I just wasn't aware of that LoF limitation. I'll redo my turn from the Leadership rolls, if that's ok with you. Maybe not tonight, cause I have my kid with me and he's eager to take over my computer.

yeah as long as there's LoF like Doc Ock was on the ground two squares away from the ledge. but if he was one square away and the target wasn't at the edge, then he wouldn't have LoF and couldn't attack him.
