I'm sorry, but doesn't Leadership say it can only remove a token from a lower point value character? Cyclops and Nightcrawler are the same value, 50 pts. Can it be used on those circumstances?

EDIT: Oh, and actually, because of the BFC, you only get a successful roll on a 6. So, you'll have to push Nightcrawler.
