Where you have Hammerhead, he's basing Scarlet Witch, not Mandarin. In a way it doesn't matter as the roll would have missed either way, but if you want him to be next to Mandarin for the future, Mandarin is in J8. With Storm's TK you could still get him basing Mandarin if you want. I will let you decide before I go.

Either placement is suicidal, I'll plop him in K8, next to his intended target: Mandarin.
