Unless there's been a rules update I missed, sharpshooter is now considered a "past rule". From the Comprehensive Rulebook Supplement page 15:

Page 16 lists "past rules".

If so, Green Arrow wouldn't be able to target Wonder Woman due to his being based. Please let me know if I've missed something.

I also just realized Superman couldn't CHARGE to A11 to make his attack. This Superman doesn't fly. He could LEAP/CLIMB to A11, but not CHARGE.

Look at the improved targeting symbol granted by sharpshooter. The new rules changed what the symbol means and allows shooting out of adjacent.

As for the attack, I would need to move dominator out of the way first Yes?

Then I would need to charge into the spit dominator occupied. So if I succeed in that breakaway then the charge would stand?
