Hm. I think I'm misunderstanding what you are saying. I'll keep with the turn, and hope I don't commit any mistake
Some Defenders Turn 4a)
FREE) Shifting focus: Dr. Strange. The doctor changes to his [P/PB] version.
1) Valkyrie attacks Bane.
- Valkyrie: AV 10 --> 12 (Strange's shared AV + Mystical Guidance).
- Bane: DEF 17 --> 18 (-1 Nighthawk's Day and Night, +2 Combat Reflexes).
Roll is 1, 5 for a hit.
Valkyrie hits for 3 (Dr.'s Empower). Second token for Val, who is dealt pushing dmg.
FREE) Nighthawk perplexes his DMG +1.
2) Nighthawk uses Running Shot, going for Scarecrow; he lands on J14.
Scarecrow's Shape Change roll: 5.
Nighthawk shakes his head while poking at his infrarred vision goggles. "I'd have sworn there was a punk in that bush... I'll need to upgrade these things"
FREE: Bane tries to sidestep, breakaway roll is a 2. He's not goin' anywhere.
1. Scarecrow moves to I16
2. Bane is gonna use Close Combat Expert, putting both pluses into damage. 10 on a 16 (it's probably higher, you can correct me if it misses), roll is 4, 6 for a hit, Valkyrie takes 3 after Toughness and is now on her last click
I'd have used Hulk's DEF and trait to take the hit for Val, but with your roll you could bypass a 19 DEF. I won't PC.
Some Defenders Turn 5a)
FREE) Nighthawk perplexes Dr. Strange's DMG +1.
1) Bolts of Balthakk! Dr. Strange uses P/PB against Bane (he has IT: Ignores Characters).
- Dr. Strange: AV 11.
- Bane: DEF 16 (-1 Nighthawk's Day & Night, +1 for TH1 Serum).
Roll is 1,1. Great!
Nighthawk uses TTPC. Second token for him, no pushing damage. "Doc, are you sure you're targeting the right guy?!" - asks Nighthawk, extremely worried.
Roll is 5, 3 for a hit and 3 penetrating damage. Bane lands in his first STOP click. TH1 Serum roll is... 6. Come on! :/
Bane roars in pain as the spell hits him, and then roars again as he gets pumped by the TH1 Serum, which increases even further his already massive size.
2) Hulk leaps to J15, landing with a smashing Quake.
Scarecrow's Shape Change roll is a 1.
- Hulk: AV 10 --> 12 (Dr. Strange shared AV + Mystical Guidance).
- Scarecrow: DEF 17 --> 16 (Nighthawk's Night & Day).
Roll is 2, 6 for a hit and 3+1 (Empower) damage, and gets knocked back 4 squares (to E20), unless I'm mistaken.
Valkyrie faintly smiles while the Scarecrow goes flying into the water, several meters apart, after the green behemoth has crashed nearby. "Well done, Hulk!" - she says.
Oops. Fortunately, Strange's shot at him would hit anyway... But I realize Val had hit him with a 6, on the other turn, an she shouldn't have. :/ Damnit, we didn't think of that...
If you want I can redo that turn, no problem at all. If not, my apologies for mr. Bane, and we carry on with your turn.
Argg! You're right again. I mistook Val for Hulk.
I'm sorry, rookie mistake with this system. Thank you for your patience, I swear I'm not doing this on purpose.
Please change the tokens accordingly.
(Reviewing it, I think I've been playing 4 as Val and 3 as Hulk for a long time).
Definitely: we've been playing all game with Hulk as 3 and Val as 4, attacks and tokens and all. Look at the positions tracking, that has been consistent. Sorry for the notation swap, again, but I think we should keep doing so: Hulk is #3, Val is #4. Your last map, then, should be like this: http://www.rogueeffect.com/forum/map...y-1&s12=x-36y0 (With Hulk with a token, and Valkyrie with zero of them).
Some Defenders Turn 6a)
1) Hulk jumps to F19, using Quake as FREE.
AV: 10.
DEF: 16 --> 15 (Day & Night).
Roll is 2, 4 for a hit and KO (unless you use TTPC).
FREE) Dr. Strange shifts focus to his P/T version. If you attack Val with Bane, his Defenders Together trait will share his defense and make you reroll the highest attack dice.
Feel free to reroll these attacks yourself. After all, it's the fastest protocol
Turn 6a)
LOL. Reroll is 6, 5 for a hit. Feeling bad for you :s
Val's DMG: 2+1 (Empower from Strange).
Bane is dealt 1, after reducers.
FREE) Dr. Strange shifts focus to his P/T version. If you attack Val with Bane, his Defenders Together trait will share his defense and make you reroll the highest attack dice.
I think Bane has to reroll his STOP now (which sucks, because having that 6 pretty much drove everything I did )
GCU turn 6b
Bane's stop click roll is a 4.
1. Bane's gonna go all or nothing, try to Charge breakaway and grab the object he's on. Result is 6, he takes his heavy to H15 to attack Strange (I mean, he is his hired assassin target, might as well). 8+1 vs a bare 17, 8 or better, result is 2, 6.
Time freezes, as we wait for a TTPC to be used or not
