As powerful as Evil Ryu was, he was no match for four Street Fighters.

He finally fell. They took him into custody.

The Street Fighters all began to talk with each other. After they understood what had happened to each other, they turned their attention to the Gear soldiers.

The Gear soldiers had been having an excited reunion of their own.

There was no room in the Armadillo for the Street Fighters except for one. With the arrival of Augustus Cole the Gear team was complete.

The Street Fighters decided to stay out of the Armadillo. Cammy was especially happy to be reunited with her friend Guile.

T. Hawk and E. Honda remembered that they had the goods on M. Bison as well as Vega and Sagat and they hurried to find them and join Dee Jay, Ken Masters and Lei Fong.

Guile and Cammy were especially interested in bringing down M. Bison.

Day 75: Late afternoon; a replicated planet Rann, in an alternate reality.

Dhalsim was meditating. His meditation was interrupted as he was taken by a rift in reality.

Skorge; the High Priest of the Kantus, lived again.

He looked around, looking for those he could punish. The hapless Rannians he saw looked like perfect victims.

Dhalsim emerged from the rift in reality to immediately be confronted by the visage of Skorge.

Dhalsim was not shaken because his yoga training helped him remain calm.

Skorge saw Dhalsim and tried to kill him, firing at him with his gorgon burst pistol. Dhalsim easily dodged the fuselage.

Dhalsim did not know what was going on so in deference to his pacifist nature, he fled the confrontation.

The Midnight Rambler immediately took the opportunity to deliver Skorge to the Covenant which gave the Prophet of Regret greater control of the Kantus priests.

General Raam explained to Skorge that the Locusts had allied with the Covenant for the purposes of conquering the planet Rann. He then took Skorge to meet the Prophet Of Regret.

After that introduction, Skorge assumed his position as leader of the Kantus priests.

It occurred to Dhalsim that by fleeing the confrontation with that insectoid creature, he was potentially leaving innocents in harm's way.

He decided to go back and confront that which he had intended to avoid. Retracing his steps, he found no trace of the creature he'd seen earlier.

Now he was just confused. He noticed the futuristic nature of the buildings around him and decided to meditate. He folded his legs and arms and levitated three feet above the ground. Then he began to meditate.

Ken Masters was still fighting M. Bison, while Dee Jay battled Vega and Lei Fong battled Sagat.

E. Honda, T. Hawk, Cammy White and Guile arrived with their prisoner, Evil Ryu. None of them wanted to interfere with the battles so they stood back and watched.

Evil Ryu used this distraction to take them all by surprise, taking all four of them out with cheap shots from behind.

He then aided M. Bison against Ken Masters. Ken was shocked and surprised when he saw his best friend attacking him and fell easily to the combined attacks of Evil Ryu and M. Bison.

They in turn aided Vega and Sagat to take out Dee Jay and Lei Fong. Sagat seethed at the interference but said nothing. He realized that he was dealing with Evil Ryu and not an honorable Ryu. He decided to wait and watch how things developed.

Evil Ryu laid down the law to M. Bison, Vega and Sagat. He was calling the shots and would kill anyone who disagreed. M. Bison decided to play along for now.

Evil Ryu decided they would kill each of the fallen Street Fighters but before they could enact this plan they were interrupted.

Master Chief found the Armadillo with the four Gear soldiers and explained to them that they would be useful in the fight against the invading forces besieging the planet. He needed to arrange a meeting for them with Adam Strange so they could better understand these alien forces that had allied with the Covenant forces.

He asked them what had become of the Street Fighters and Marcus Fenix told him they had gone to join other Streetfighters that were in the area.

Master Chief wanted to enlist the Street Fighters to help so he asked the Gear soldiers to show him where they had gone.

Master Chief and the Gears of War team arrived just in time to interrupt Evil Ryu and the other three from executing the stricken Street Fighters.

Evil Ryu decided to cut and run, ordering the other three to follow him.

They escaped, with the subtle aid of the Midnight Rambler who hid them from detection after they had gotten a suitable ways away.

Rannian police found Dhalsim meditating and began trying to question him.

They had universal translators and translated his Hindi tongue. Dhalsim could also speak English but did not use it on the Rannians.

Dhalsim allowed the Rannians to bring him in for questioning.

Master Chief tried to track the fleeing Street Fighters while the four GoW soldiers tended to the fallen Street Fighters left behind.

All seven remaining Street Fighters revived fairly quickly and were sheepish at how they were taken down so easily by Evil Ryu.

Master Chief could find no trace of the four fleeing Streetfighters.

They went as a group to the nearest Rannian police station to talk and regroup.
