Alright, I saw Infinity War last Thursday. I've also rewatched several of these since my children seem fascinated with the whole thing. So I've adjusted. It was great. It's definitely in my top tier. Still didn't quite top Winter Soldier. And since Panther is out on video today, I'm definitely watching that tonight. I agree with mal though that a lot hinges on the next Avengers movie.
The tiers are indicated by spaces above. Any movie could move up or down within its tier depending on my mood. Cause let's face it, Loki's reaction to Thor getting thrashed in the arena is excellent and I may be more inclined to watch that than to watch M'Baku threaten to eat Everett Ross. But I can see myself feeling the reverse too.
Having just found this version of the rankings thread, I'll just (mostly) copy+paste my list over from the other version.
1) Marvel's The Avengers (2012) 2) Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) 3) Iron Man (2008) 4) Thor: The Dark World (2013) 5) Doctor Strange (2016) 6) Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) 7) Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) 8) Captain America: Civil War (2016) 9) Ant-Man (2015) 10) Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) 11) Thor (2011) 12) Black Panther (2018) 13) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) 14) Iron Man 3 (2013) 15) Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) 16) The Incredible Hulk (2008) 17) Iron Man 2 (2010) 18) Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
I've seen Infinity War, but I can't really rank it yet because of the way it's set up. I'm going to have to wait for A4 before I make a judgement on where both those movies rank.
A lot of these could easily shift a place or so depending on the given day. Dark World and Doctor Strange could easily share spot #4, for example; and the original Avengers is at the top as much for the fact that it's The Avengers and the accomplishment it represented, which is probably the only thing keeping Winter Soldier from the top of the list.
Most the movies I really enjoy, and only fall down further down the list because it was edged out by another movie that I liked more. The likes of Ant-Man and Age of Ultron I actually enjoy a lot, even if they only make it half-way up the list.
It's only once it gets down to the very bottom that you get movies that I put there because I actually dislike them more than because there wasn't room for them higher up.
1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
2. Spider-Man: Homecoming
3. Black Panther
4. Avengers: Infinity War
5. Iron Man
6. Guardians of the Galaxy
7. Thor: Ragnarok
8. Ant-Man
9. Doctor Strange
10. Captain America: Civil War
11. The Avengers 12. Ant-Man and the Wasp
13. Captain America: The First Avenger
14. GotG Vol 2
15. Iron Man 3
16. Thor
17: Thor: The Dark World
18. Iron Man 2
19. The Incredible Hulk
20. Avengers: Age of Ultron
I felt it wasn't as good as the first, but it was enjoyable and I'll be happy to add it to the collection.
Just looking over the list it is really hard to rank so many of these, but at this point I stand by these.

Thor: The Dark World (2013)
Iron Man 3 (2013)
I saw Ant-Man and the Wasp yesterday. I really enjoyed it. Also rewatched Ant-Man last week in the lead-up to this. The jokes and comedic set-ups were good, though a little overdone at times. Ghost was a good villain. They did a very good job of setting her up emotionally without a ton of screen time for it. Largely my same gripe with movies versus TV though. TV allows for more character development, though in some cases it can drag on. Movies just don't. They gotta give one or two scenes and hope it resonates with the viewers strongly enough to form a cohesive plot. Still, I enjoyed the film very much.
Adjusted post Captain Marvel
1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
2. Spider-Man: Homecoming
3. Black Panther
4. Thor: Ragnarok
5. Iron Man
6. Guardians of the Galaxy
7. Avengers: Infinity War
8. Ant-Man
9. Doctor Strange
10. Captain America: Civil War
11. The Avengers 12. Captain Marvel
13. Captain America: The First Avenger
14. GotG Vol 2
15. Iron Man 3
16. Ant-Man and the Wasp
17. Thor
18: Thor: The Dark World
19. Iron Man 2
20. The Incredible Hulk
21. Avengers: Age of Ultron
And a special #1a goes to Into the Spider-Verse.
CM was a little muddled for my taste and I wanted something specific to happen with one of the alien races that didn't... but it was solid.

I freely admit I'm heavily biased to Captain Marvel, because Carol is one of my favorite characters, I loved the 90s throwback vibes, and Brie Larson and Sam Jackson had amazing chemistry. Did a great job of filling in gaps without any retcons.
Depending on how Endgame resolves, IW might end up creeping back up, but the lack of a denouement (to me) really drags it down for the moment. It's basically a gut punch that lasted for a year, the way they ended it.

Updating with Cap Marvel and I didn't even do Infinity War and Ant-Man and Wasp..
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2
Guardians of the Galaxy
Avengers
Ant-Man and The Wasp
Ant-Man
Iron Man
Dr. Strange
Captain America
Spider-Man: Homecoming
Incredible Hulk
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Avengers Infinity War
Black Panther
Captain America: Civil War
Captain Marvel
Thor: Ragnarok
Iron Man 3
Thor: The Dark World
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Thor
Iron Man 2
Infinity War was a good half movie. Being that we were told "it'll be 2 parts." then "it's not two parts, each movie will stand on its own" and Infinity War I don't feel stands on its own, it loses points.
Ant Man and Wasp, I LOVED. That car chase scene?!?!? OH, I loved it. And I thought how Ghost was done was cool.
Captain Marvel.... not as bad as I was expecting... but still not great. I love Carol. But I have to HEAVILY disagree with malakim... this movie was FULL of retcons and random changes.
Spoiler (Click in box to read)
Per Winter Soldier, Nick had both eyes when he was made director. Also, SHIELD wasn't using that name then. Remember Coulson coined it during Iron Man 1, what, 13 years later? So it felt like there were some things shoehorned in because reasons. And I kind of groaned at her call sign being changed to make it her team almost.

Did he? I remember the specific line being "last time I trusted someone, I lost an eye." Which is total Fury to make someone think that he lost it fighting a ton of Kree fanatics and... well, no, it was the cat. Er, flerken.
The SHIELD thing... that's been retconned well before Captain Marvel. I'm fairly certain Ant-Man refers to it as SHIELD in the first flashback, which was pre-Iron Man 1. Of course, that could also have been Coulson being coy with Pepper about the name, since, it isn't like SHIELD agents do that being a "covert" organization and all. (Even with their own merch!)
The call sign... yeah, okay, but that's not really a retcon. It's not like Captain America called himself an Avenger in WW2 or anything. Frankly, I thought that was a nice way to tie it together. Why /would/ you name something the Avenger Initiative? It's not like Deadpool was in the MCU yet to break the fourth wall and tell them the title of Cap's first solo movie...

Yeah, in Winter Soldier there is a photo in a file or something, and he clearly has both eyes when being offered the position. (nothing to do with that line, i know people on Twitter are talking about, but that's not what i was going to)
I may have to watch Ant-Man again. But it's definitely not Coulson being coy... he says the full name a couple times, then says they're workshopping it after i think it was Pepper who said it as a mouthful. He wasn't even Coulson at that point. Just "agent".
Why would she have a callsign of Avenger if she's not flying combat? in the comics she was either Cheeseburger or Warbird (iirc)

Endgame was amazing. Honestly, there's some issues with it that don't quite jive up with everything else. But, it definitely hit all the right notes and sent the current wave of the MCU out on an amazing ride. I don't think it really "fixes" Infinity War for me, but I might revisit Infinity War if I can view both that and Endgame in one long sitting (with some interruptions for bathroom breaks).

This will be a hard list to update. I feel like I can't settle on Endgame until I see it again... but it actually made me want to watch The Dark World again, and I didn't think that would be a thing.
1) Captain America : Winter Soldier
2) Guardians of the Galaxy
3) Avengers: Infinity War
4) Spider-Man : Homecoming
5) Captain America: Civil War
6) Avengers: Endgame
7) Black Panther
8) Ant-Man
9) Iron Man
10) Thor: Ragnarok
11) Antman and Wasp
12) Guardians of the Galaxy 2
13) Thor (Well, it hurts)
14) Dr. Strange
15) Avengers
16) Captain America: First Avenger
17) Iron Man 3
18) Captain Marvel
19) The Incredible Hulk
20) Iron Man 2
21) Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
22) Thor: The Dark World (2013)
Adjusted post Endgame (and my list is based on a mix of how good I think they are AND how re-watchable I find them...if anyone cares about my qualifiers).
1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
2. Spider-Man: Homecoming
3. Thor: Ragnarok
4. Black Panther 5. Avengers: Endgame
6. Iron Man
7. Captain Marvel
8. Guardians of the Galaxy
9. Avengers: Infinity War
10. Ant-Man
11. Doctor Strange
12. Captain America: Civil War
13. The Avengers
14. Captain America: The First Avenger

17. Ant-Man and the Wasp
18. Thor
19. Iron Man 2
20. Avengers: Age of Ultron
21: Thor: The Dark World
22. The Incredible Hulk
And 1a. remains Into the Spider-verse
I'm giddy with anticipation for the new Spidey now, too.
This has been an incredible time for comic fans.
Also, I kinda want to add the Blades and Punisher (Tom Jane, I'm not an animal), but I worry that given where we are now, they wouldn't hold up as well.
