not very fond of the new stuff what does mystic chain do?

Mystic chain is a equip card that cost 0. The text says...

"Recruit Mystic Chain only if you control three or more characters.

Whenever a epuipped character causes breakthrough damage to a player, that player discards a card from there hand and you draw a card."

Is there anything else you need?

do you have any magic? or games?..................
