it will be legal for nats, which is really stupid, and brain control will be good since theres not even any good spell cards these days, its hard to fit htem in
plus the card will defy be limted to something, dude its good, and the reason y japan and them dont play it is because there soo far ahead, like theres soo many other spells to play there, but here in america thers nothing, i think its better than enemy controller, and that seen at leats 1-2 in all decks.
Man Japan is very far ahead of us but they don't have very many more playable spells than we do. In fact they don't have any spells that are unreleased that are restricted. The only really maindeckable one I can think of is Shrink or Shield Crush and that isn't for every deck. They don't play it because its overrated and can be a -1 card quiet often.
Sure its not a bad card but it isn't a staple or worth being played in multiples. Like I said before Soul Control is the only thing that should even touch multiples.
Is Brain Control good enough to be a staple as Change of Heart was. it effect is quite limited and i'm not sure if to run it in my deck when Lost Millenium comes out on June.

I wouldnt think it would become a staple though it will be used a great amount. I dont think it will become a staple because two whole things that are differant than Change of Heart.
1.) You muct pay 800 lifepoints.
2.) It can only be a face-up Monster and not face-down.
So those are the two main downers of the cards, though it is a good card.
Odd though, Lightning Vortex is used my a great number of people, and it's cost it nothing, and it has the same stipulation Brain Control does. So I think it may have a chance to make it to staple status, but only time will tell.
Of course there are going to be some decks who will not need Brain Control, Archfiend decks being one of them.
of course we're going to be seeing a lot of brain Control paly, american players as a great whole are not creative and want another, easy no-support-needed staple, but honestly i think 800's too much to pay for this card for it to be used the way Vortex is. it wont see that elvel of play for a goood while, if ever.
