Ishtar- Sorry 'bout that I already took out the merchant but I forgot to take it out of the thread. Thanks for returning the favor. :)
| Project |- Lightning Vortex is a card that I thing that I am not planning to take out for a while. Thanks for returning the favor. :)
SamuraiGothic13- Creature swap, IMO is a lot better then the brain control, because you get to keep the monster instead of giving it back. Thanks for returning the favor. :)

Umm, you really should take out Vortex, it really did nothing for me at Nationals, in all 10 rounds, literally, didn't help at all
I'm not a huge fan of running 2 spirit monsters in a chaos deck. I think 2 just gives you a slight disadvantage field presence-wise.I don't know if it's working for you, but id say replace whichever one you like least with any monster you've been wanting to put in. Im sorry im so vague, but chaos-wise it looks like the perfect deck. chaos rating 9.8/10, overall 9.3/10.
mind helping out either of the decks in my sig? thanks

jmac/abc/123- Magical Merchant was in my deck but I took it out for the Asura Priest I need more of a goat control card then a card that can fetch spell card. Smashing ground seems like a good idea might try it out today.
Thanks anyways. :)
tech007- I was thinking of adding a controller or one or meta for the swap for a test run today. I have returned the favor hope you liked. :)
| Project |- hmmm... I see your point and looking back at nationals half of the top 8 didn't run Lightning Vortex including the Max, the current champ. I just don't know what to think.
mmmpie- I use the spirits for current reasons like for the TER lock and goat control.
I will return the favor.
Sorry it took me so long to get to your deck HBK, I haven't been able to get online with my computer for awhile. Everybody has problems I suppose...
Anyway, in all truth, I have very little experience with Chaos deck, except when it comes to playing against them. I personally believe, in regard to a Chaos deck, when you have one thats well constructed, small incremental changes make a very small difference. What I mean is, there will be times when you're glad you've got Creature Swap in your deck and others when you draw it and wish it was a Brain Control or another Metamorphosis. SO suggesting you take out a random broken card and add another will probably do little for your deck.
So what I am saying is I cannot reasonably fix your deck. When I look at it it looks very much like any other Chaos deck I've seen. Not putting down you or your deck, or anything. I'm just saying if you go into a major tournement with almost the exact same deck as everyone else there all it takes to put you out is coming up against someone with slightly more skill, or slightly more luck than you. However if you come with a deck that's different, even by a small margin, you change the odds.
If you don't believe me look at the champion's deck. While I'm sure those three little gravekeepers didn't win the day for him alone, they certainly had a hand in t it. A little diversity will put you on a different level of play than your opponent. When you break the norm you change the playing field. As it says in my sig...
So if arbitrarily adding another confirmed to be broken card to your deck will do nothing, what will do something? Tech. The simpliest word in the entire yugioh word. Seek out tech. Search for unconventional cards to enhance your deck. Test them and don't let anyone tell you "that card sucks" or "don't use that card use this one." I mean come on, how many of those posting on this thread would've suggested taking out the Gravekeepers if the champion's deck had appeared on the realms prior to the championship? Everybody, and yet they worked, well.
