God damn, this guy has asked for a review and when everyone has given their view on his deck he goes mental cos he thinks that his deck is the $hit and it is unbeatable
and before you go off on one telling me that it is a prototype, you shud realise that people on here give the best advice possible, and they are 9 times out of 10 right
So, get off your high horse, listen to the advice your being given and stop being a d!ck
Oh, and your deck really needs refining, it has too many cards, and if i were you i would switch to the Advanced format, as that is the better format to play in. 1/10
I stand corrected you do have 40 cards in your deck, but you must stand corrected on the cards you selected for you deck which have nothing to do with hand contorl and/or destrution. Even if this is a proto type, a proto type is able to compute and exicute 1 function, that's why it's called a proto type since you can always add more functions. But building this and consisdering it to be a proto type when nearly all the cards listed below have nothing to do with a Discard theme or even support a discard deck:
1x kycoo the ghost destroyer
1x magician of faith
1x D.D. warrior lady
1x Goblin attack force
1x Obnoxious celtic guardian
1x cannon soldier
1x dark blade
1x inferno incinerator
2x luster dragon
1x D.D. Assailant
1x Bazoo the soul eater
1x Jigen bakudan
1x Neo aqua madoor
1x Gemini Elf
1x Fiber jar
1x Goblin Elite attack force
2x Reload
1x Reasoning
1x Monster Gate
1x Wicked breaking Flamberge
2x Linear acceleration cannon
1x mist body
1x Exchange
1x Unity
1x Negate attack
3x dark spirt of the silent
1x blast with chain
1x shadow spell
2x two-pronged attack
1x magic cylinder
1x draining shield
1x phoinex wing wind blast
2x magic jammer
1x solemn judgement
Now if it was the other way around to use Exchange of the spirit nearly all of the cards listed other then exchange of the spirit would be listed as unessary cards. You need to select cards, when combined make a solid theme and cards which can support that theme.
In futher regaurds to your deck, you a side deck tells alot about the deck and the metagame in which the deck is played. Even though the deck is a prototype, you side deck would be consisdered even less, but the cards you listed sever no purpose. They neither can make a new theme round 2 or 3 OR support your deck even more for round 2 or 3. You need to take a step back and take another look at what you have negating what every one has said and pick out 1 card and have every card in your deck built around that 1 card.
PS: Two Pronged Attack + Exchange of the Spirit = Dead Draws.
ok you want advice here is some advice use card destruction morfing jar and magical thorns for every card discarded from your oponets hand he takes 500 points of damage so if you use morfing jar and get rid of lets say 3 cards and they get 5 more then you play card destruction and they discard 5 that is 4000 points of damage and if you have 2 magical thorns on the feild they are dead
just an old combo from somone that has been playing for 10 years
If you want a good deck out deck you should make one based on cards that get rid of your opponents cards on their deck instead of this deck, gather 3 needle worms, 1 tsukyomi, book of moon, cliff the trap remover, don zaloog, night assailents, Card Destruction, morphing jar and more, this deck looks hard to pull off, but maybe with the HELP of some people who know what they are doing, you can make it better. I couldnt help you with this one, due to the fact that I've never used or tried to do this before.
Morphing jar - 5 or theres 5 of yours
x3 needle worms - 15 cards
tyuskyomi on need worm - 5 cards
book of moon on needle worm - 5 cards
don - kill of 2 depending on how many times you inflict with it
cliff - pretty much same as don
Night assailents get back your needle worms for some more
The bolded ones leaf your opponent with about 0 cards after he draws. The only real problem is is that you have to look out for noblemans. Those really screw you over if you decide to do this instead. well i tried.
I wasn't suggesting you ran SABT in your deck, that's my deck. Read my post again. I was suggesting cards for you to run to discard stuff ti the graveyard. Just trying to help, sorry.
Fishman
And that is why you must be specific, its not called making you a noob, newbie a fool. Its all to verify your point of view. When you write a paper or essay, you have to constantly refer back to your point of view do you not? You do, so why don’t you take a moment and in vivid detail, using what we posted as examples restate your point of view.
Even though some of these cards seem totaly irrelevant to my deck purpose, They work synergecticly when i use them. Okay i guess not EVERYTHING is used for adding cards to my graveyard and taking things from my opponents, but i still dont see why this deck is as crappy as you say. It did well in play testing :)
I'll try to not sound overly critical, because by now, everyone's said most of what needs to be said.
First, I'll point out some discrepancies I found in your arguments. I actually read through all the posts, grammar forbidding.

Last I checked, there were no banned cards in Traditional Format.

Bazoo is old fashioned? Last I checked, half the cards in the deck are still pretty widely used. Also, in what way does Bazoo, Kycoo, Emperor Dragon, and Chaos Soldier contribute to Stall? Theme was important back then, and is still important now. This deck has no coherent theme, and falls into the pitfall of a "One of everything" deck. Find a solid theme to go by, since Hajime already pointed out all the cards that were counter productive to your cause, I'd go with what he's telling you to remove.
We're not "misunderstanding your intentions." We're blatantly telling you that your strategies and style are not up to par. We're trying to help you trim away the fat of this deck. Excahnge of the Spirit was banned because its OTK potential was too great. A well built Reversal of Worlds deck can win the game before the opponent draws a single card. Your ability to discard only 7 per turn is inconsequential in comparison to a turn 1 win.

People here are more than willing to help. We don't want you to toss your deck into a lake. We're simply asking you to be flexible. Many of us have told you that the inclusion of burn into a deckout strategy creates bad synergy. You insist that you are are the only one who understands the way your deck functions. Many of us can give you experience based advice that proves your point moot.
Now. Here's what I think.
Traditional Format has always been a format of OTKs and some form of Chaos. There, we have everything from Last Turn OTK to Scientist to, yes, Exchange of the Spirit/Reversal of Worlds. The key attribute to any and all of these decks is focus. They have 1 theme, and they make that theme shine. In Scientist, all you need are Last Will, Cannon Soldier, and some luck with Reason/Gate. In Last Turn, a lucky Wall of Revealing Light into Last Turn won games, or at least tied them: all in one turn. These are OTK decks that don't need any other theme to "support" them in order to win. Exchange of the Spirit is no different.
When in Traditional, play like Traditional. Bring in your full compliment of the classic power 9. Then up the speed of your deck by cutting it down to 40 cards (using the list that Hajime already compiled for you). Toon Table of Contents and Toon Cannon Soldier are a way to quickly add 4 cards to your graveyard. Card Destruction and Mask of Darkness will also help you retrieve lost trap cards that could be used to help you dump more cards into the graveyard. The Fiend Comedian is the other piece to the OTK, since it is a win-win situation for you whether or not you call it right or wrong. My Exchange of the Spirit Deck has won quite a couple of games Turn 1, it's that quality of the Exchange deck that makes it powerful. Not burn.
P.S. I know it's not honors English, but coherent grammar, sentence, and paragraph structure never killed anyone. My APEngLit teacher would have a field day going through all the posts.
