It has been said dozen times already in the preview thread, but it seems people still aren't getting it. The reason it doesn't have AA is that it is a different configuration of the rifleman, it is the configuration with rotatory autocannons that aren't exactly known for their long range.
And on another topic, speculation about combat engineers, perhaps they have bypass.
Well after missing a few sets I am glad I started to collect Liao figures... This set looks like it is going to be great for them... and I almost have all of the figures I need from Liao Incursion So I can't wait to get my case of figures in the middle of January....
Ok, if the combat engineers dont repair, could they at least be 1 cap transports to schlep those autocannon, laser batteries, and srm teams into position?

Plus any LE's we get this set... Man I can't wait... I wonder how many people are going to start playing Liao now...
And still no attack choppers. Oh well, at least we get decent artillery and cheap BA.
Are you kidding? for a 10 point combat engineer - no attack, 5-6 move with infiltrate 1 cap transport. Buddy those up with the fixed gun infantry to take up advanced positions in hindering terain. For a SSw TAC, thats a 3 damage armor piercing gun with IT in hindering placed 12 in into the board with a 10 in range. Thats a huge comand of the battlefield for only 29 points. I'd take a couple of squads easy in a 450 point game.
if you leave them alone for 2 or 3 turns then all terrain in a 1 inch radius turns into hindering terrain until they move (to represent a foxhole that Combat Engineers are used for in real life)
