No one has stated One Eyed Jack Farrel, which was a mailaway and can no longer mail away for it. Or Mason Dunne, which can easily go on Ebay for 80 -90$.

I have seven of the fourteen. If you got Mason, you didn't get Daneel. (Unless you played at multiple venues.) Same goes for Stef/Kal.

The Burn for me is that I loaned a friend of a friend my Black Atlas for a Solaris tourney at Comic Con last year. He won the M.A.S.H., left the Altas on the table and skipped with the prize. (We agreed beforehand if he won, I could buy it off him for $5.) Haven't seen him since. Hope he made enough off e-bay to leave the country.

I don't really have enough pieces to play SH, and I rarely play SS, so I don't miss Krystyn, Carmen, Rusty or Ion that much.

The DF and BR Infantry packs never showed at our venue(s), so I never had a chance at them. I'd traded an out of town guy for the DF set, but that burned up with my house and my LAST collection. (No learning curve. I should have seen the loss of my house as a sign to kick this habit, but NOOOO, I've got this circle of plastic crackhead enabler friends that won't let me get clean and sober. Well, sober anyway.)

I only need Ion and Rusty from that list.

Personally, I would have to say Ion and Perera are the rarest as the only way to win them was at a convention. All of the other pieces players have had a chance to win in a tourny. Several of them have been awarded as BM rewards or players rewards. No-one in my area had received Ion as a players reward but I know Larson was "won" by a couple of people.

Oshiro and Mason would be a close runner up considering you had to have been playing from the beginning. Even though Wolf was an early prize I seem to have seen a lot of them around.

If i were to classify hard to find figs by faction...

1. SS - Sgt Major Rusty Cooper (i've never owned one but i've touched one before...at a convention, does that count?)
2. SC - Kevin Nostra (Have 1.)
3. SW - Kal Raddick(1 coming.), Daneel Wolf(Never owned.)
4. DF - Gunsho Jun'ko Oshiro (Seen twice before, never owned.), Andre Crawford (Owned 2, have 1.)
5. BR - Stefani Ehli (Had 5, have 3 now.), Kenneth in '03. (Finally have one.)
6. SH - Tamara Duke (Have 1, 1 coming.), Micheala Freeman (1 coming.)
7. ROTS - Kristoff Erbe (Never even seen one before, nobody wants to trade me one.), Mason Dunne (Have 3.)
8. Mercs - Cpl. Saturina Perara (To my shock and horror, don't have her. She was the first MASH that could repair anything i think...with her mighty 6 attack.)
9. HL - Kurt Larsen (Have 1.)
10. LI - Uhm...all reasonably easy to find...if anything, i'd have to say Jung Chae (Had 1, 0 now.)

Hey, I got a buddy who's such a hardcore collector he actually spent $91.00 for friggin' Rusty Cooper.

Now that's dedication. Stupid dedication, but dedication all the same.

The absolute rarest? Probably Rusty, or Kal or Ion or Saturnia.

Most sought after? Rusty

reasoning? Aside from those four, every single piece on the list has come out twice or more, or in an event with many chances. Rusty was only given out to 300 summer events last summer. Kal was only given out to 300 Marquee winners. Saturnia was only given out to 300 monthly event winners. And Ion was only given out to BattleMasters.

Kenneth, Ric, Kristoff, and even Mason have had multiple opps.

But, the ultimate winner, until recently, was the Gunsho Jun'ko Oshiro. As the fellowship prize in the first marquee, when not many events were held. The BM didn't get a duplicate of either prize for that kit. And Scott was given out less than three months later as a "oops" reward for a mistake WK made and acknowledged. So Gunsho had the lead for value and rarity. Until recently. Recently approximately 100 BMs were sent Gunsho as their LE6 reward. (You have to get 16 total players or 16 players per event to get an LE6, and yes you would get 2 LE6's for one event that had 16 players.) There is even an envoy in NYC who is faking tournaments, adding 13 players to a 3 player event to get 16 players, on every event, something like 12 a month per universe. I wonder why. Hmm, 13 LE6's per month per universe? So anyway, with that recent giveaway, the Gunsho dropped in rarity.

As far as desire goes, however, everyone has their white whale. Mine was Kurt Larsen for a while, then I got him. Before that it was Kristoff Erbe. Before that it was Dominic Voeller. Now, the only figure I'm missing is Carl Arias, and I've just been too lazy to pay $5 on ebay for him.

I'd say that Cooper is the rarest with a combat dial but the Promo Tundra Wolf might be harder to find for the true collectors.

I have all but Cooper and Shon from the initial list. So I guess I'm doing ok.

There were a fair number of Ion Murphy's for the none winners in my area, which made that a lot easier to trade to acquire.

Nobody has made any comment about the dropship, but I assume that is due to the point cost.

I'd have to go with Kal...as was previously mentioned he was an early marquis prize. In addition, it is my understanding that he has been killed off in MW fiction. It is also my understanding that WizKids does not reissue dead figs/characters. I'm not a battlemaster, but I don't think he's been reissued as of yet.

Actually, Ion first appeared as a player rewards figure.

Also, some of the LEs you've listed were given away as rewards for Envoys working some conventions (which doesn't really decrease their rarity much).

Ions not to hard to get here in Utah. I've seen over 50 of him! I'd say it's Rusty Cooper! I've only seen one of him. I've seen at least 5 multiples of other units!

i would have to go with either rust, kal, or mason. They are probaly some of the most exspensive units to date. and trying to trade for one is basically trading an arm an a leg. plus other figs

LOL, I saw that on EBAY. I thought it was crazy, too. Then I hit the buy it now button for 49.99 the other day.

I have bad feeling that the rusty's will be making a second appearance (like kenny and ric) in the winter month's as an unrestricted prize.

The ratest is the promo Tundra Wolf someone mentioned earlier in this thread. I've got one, and I've NEVER seen one on Ebay or anybody else having one except the Wizkids Store in Redmond (which got bought out by another company and changed names to Genesis Games, and I don't know if it's still there.)

Mine's still in its original packing with the plastic wrap on it. It has invidual pieces you stick on to complete the unit. Really really cool unit to have.

I've got every MW unit there is except for Kal Raddick. One of those days I'll get it.
