A slight correction the Liao LT hits 86 % /pog,token,vignette and 97 % /2 pogs,etc.

A friend of mine made a Excel sheet that calculates where to place the pog and how accurate it is.

Rots Sniper

It has a 90.74 % Accuracy per pog, the best place to put the pog is 1.0 inch infront of the target you wish to hit.

Simple input the data on the pog drift and target values the excel sheets calculates the rest.

I will ask the maker of the excelsheet to upload it somewhere.

Still, template accuracy isn't the most important quality to consider in an artillery, especially in this scenario. Often, the purpose of placing a template is not so much to deal damage as it is to make your opponent move, and even a 65% chance of hitting your target is usually enough to accomplish that end.

That being said, I would like to get my claws on that spreadsheet. :)

The optimal placement and chance to hit of pogs has been posted several times. Just wish I could remember one of them. :ermm: I seem to remember some of the chances being higher than that though. We should check in the rules area of forum to start.
