Personally (and this coming from someone who has barely dabbled in pre-Dark Age Battletech fiction), I think they should do Aleksandr Kerensky. Get really historical.
I don't know much about the legendary pilots, but I want a BLOOD ASP! They have always been my favorite mech, even more so with the Mechassault 2 version. Wizkids have pulled designs from Mechassault before, the Cougar, Raptor, Nova Cat, etc.....So they got a light, a medium, and a heavy, where's my assault BLOOD ASP!!! :devious: I don't care who rides it, I just want one! :)
I would like to see a vote for the next historical figure. Towards that end I am going to try to list a "complete" candidate roster to choose from. While It is not exhaustive it is close.
Candidates:
Patrick Kell - Victor
Morgan Kell - Archer
Grayson Death Carlisle - Marauder
Jaime Wolf - Archer
Ariana Winston - Cyclops
Daniel Allard - Valkyrie
Katrina Steiner -
Ryan Steiner -
Alessandro Steiner -
Frederick Steiner -
Ian Davion - Battlemaster
Hanse Davion - Battlemaster
Victor Ian Steiner-Davion - Prometheus
Morgan Hasek-Davion -
Galen Cox - Crusader
Andrew Redburn - Marauder
I know that they already picked a comstar member but....
...What about Focht. I'm not talkking Focht per say but him as Fredrick Steiner.Plus, I think I'd also love to see the following in no particular order:
- Andrew Redburn either in the Centurion he piloted at the end of "Riposte" or his
original Firestarter.
- Ardan Sortek in the Templar (o.k now this might seem like a morbid suggestion to some making the man pilot the same mech that was his casket but I think it would honor his sacrifice)
- How about the original Kerensky himself in his Orion (maybe even an Atlas since he liked it so much) or Theodore Kurita in the same mech.
- Lastly, just a thought, but stick Stefan Amaris in a mech.
I know Wizkids would probably stick these guys in newer mechs but I also don't think it would out of character for the to create a new unit like the Orion mk II. Just a thought.
What about young Grayson Death Carlisle in his first mech, the Locust? The sculpt for that is still good. His special ablity could be giving allied infantry units a bonus to capture Mechs.
