Arball... Dodge says absolutely nothing about "targetted" attacks.

I direct you to the rest of this thread, the three threads just like it, the two that I'm aware of on the Wizkid's forums, and your own E&R document available to you as a Warlord.

Dodge can be used against any attack that hits the figure with Dodge.

If you want an ability that only works against attacks directly targeting the figure, try Impervious in HeroClix.

I don't argue I just ask questions when I am not 100% certain.

2 arrow F\L, fires at 3 figures in base contact in a row, A B and C.
Targets are A and B. All 3 have Dodge. Attack roll is high enough to hit
all 3.

All 3 figures get one, and only one, Dodge roll each.

If there are:
No successful Dodge rolls.
A takes 2.
B takes 2.
C takes 1.

Only A makes its Dodge roll.
A takes 0.
B takes 2.
C takes 1.

Only B makes its Dodge Roll.
A takes 2
B takes 0.
C takes 1.

Only C makes it's Dodge roll
A takes 2.
B takes 2.
C takes 0.

Only A and B make their rolls.
A takes 0.
B takes 0.
C takes 1.

etc etc etc.

If a figures Dodge roll is successful, THE WHOLE F\L ATTACK, INITIAL
DAMAGE PLUS ALL THE SPLASH, MISSES THAT FIGURE. This has absolutely NO
EFFECT on whether any other figure is hit or how much damage any other
figure takes.
