What I don't understand is: why can't you use MB with 2 arrows, when you CAN do it for Magic Healing?

The reason nobody plays certain figs is completely because of the point cost of certain abilities. For instance, an Amotep Gunner** is a very reasonable fig for 22 points, but for only 2 points more you get so much more out of it. The point increase for enhanced range and movement is far too low. Point costs for Charge and Bound do not seem to be affected by the other attributes of the figure (attack and damage values)

Examples
Wood Golem: might be useful if it moved 10" instead of 6. A potential increase of 5-10 points. Compare to Living Elemental

Brass Golem: fixed with the Scouting Automaton. Compare the figs and you'll see how much better the Scouting is for about the same point cost.

Nightstalker: duh, why ever use the * or ** versions? A 3 pt increase for an extra attack and 2" more range? Bring on the 33 pt Nightstalker with 13 attack and 12 range, please.

Submersible Golem, Marsh Zombie, Iorn Lung etc.: No wonder everybody thinks Aquatic figs suck. They do. Who wants a pile of 6" move dudes marching about when for only a few points more you could get 8" or even 10" move. Pirates are at least a step in the right direction. Now if we could break the 8" range barrier on Aquatic figs...

Well I got the list started. I currently have 2 versions: lite, with only the abused figs changed and the never played figs lowered in cost, and the heavy with what I think figs should cost in general. Its a massive over haul of the points.

Its a word .doc format, I can email people if they want to see it. I will post on here some it to show what I mean (a teaser). The figs may not all be balanced perfectly yet. It will take some work to get that.

Format is kinda messed but looks good in Word. I will post on the first page as well so it doesnt get buried.

I like most of the point changes you have (just glancing over them). They look more accurate. I only wish YOUR numbers were on the base of these figures... BTW, what would you have as the new point cost of the High Battle Mage? That is one of my favorite figures, until I look at his cost... :(

Hmmm, all those non-mounted nons are below 40pts. That would be interesting too see. You also forgot Dungeons and Pyramids, as some of those figures are used in Rebllion as well.

Maybe I can raise Wizkid revenues with another proposal.

That they start selling new official stats stickers for 10$ a piece that you stick ontop(or after removing the old one) of the original one (after prying your figurebase open). And figures would need the new official wizkids(tm) stat sticker to once again be viable for sanctioned tourny play.

What do you say? I just may? eat some hay?
