Yep, Kossak can Charge and deal Ram damage before making his attack. Nice for charging at those single click of Dodge figures.

I have to get used to reading the 2.0 stats. I thought Rava was a nice figure before I saw his ranged damage and +3 ranged bonus, effectively giving him a 12 Attack and 4 Pierce damage with his 22" striking area. Yowza.

PK: Are you sure that you can ram/charge? I mean Charge is a close combat action, and ram doesn't say anything, so I guess it's possible. If it's true, that would definitely add some value to Kossak.

But still, I don't want to have to put on a 30+ point relic on a 193 point figure just to make his defense greater than 17.

I acknowledge he can run(although, by the way, he's still quite slow and CAN'T double time), but the only way he's going to be effective is in base-to-base since he has no range.

Allthough I though of another plus, he can happily push to charge whenever he wants because of all the inherent vampirism, so that's another plus for him.

I guess he just isn't nearly as overwhelming as the new Solo unique is, just slightly mediocre.

Appologies if you can't, I haven't read the rules closely or anything. But if so, just have Kossak soar for a while and then swoop down to kill. No one's gonna capture him from above.

No, not better than the amazon. Look at the amazon's defense, then Khan's.

In 1.0 he's definitely a mini-AD. 2.0, sure, pierce goes through the dodge, but the amazon has 4 MORE ATTACK in close combat, and 1 more in range attack, as well as damage.

Mini-AD does not mean it's worse than her, just smaller, you know, cuter.

i am going to have to say that kahn rava is going to stomp the amazon drac.
he out ranges her and cuts right throuhg her dodge plus he can shoot over blockers and such.
i don't care if his attack is lower its still pleanty to hit her defense

Khan seems almost too cheap since it also has toughness too!!

However, Khan has Percision and Point Blank. So he can better support close combat troop by firing into their melee, and at half his normal range he has a 14 to attack! Add in his subfaction ability to reduce damage and have increase defense in concealing terrian, wrap it up with a cheap cost, then put the little sprinkles known as relics on top, and I believe Khan Rava WILL give the A. Drac a run for her money.

I have a slight edit. Point Blank give a +1 to attack or damage, so instead of an 14 to attack, it is 13 to attack or 5 damage. And that damage is constant.

Khan Rava is one of the nicest orcs that I have seen. Seems a bit odd to have an orc that good with a bow. In any event, it is a great figure with excellent range and very good range attack value, toughness throughout the dial, pierce, 4 damage at range throughout the dial, plus leadership and of course bound. The defense is a little low for around a 100 point figure and the figure is not that good in close combat, but it perfectly illustrates differing combat and range values in 2.0. That is one reason 2.0 is a much more satisfying game than 1.0.
