The first thing I thought when I saw that Drac is that they managed to re-combine Caldera and Chroma.

This looks like it's gonna rock. I hope to God this means they intend to make some type of Pierce ability for wand-type.

So male Draconum grow extra heads, Females grow extra arms, while Solonavi change color. Evolution is fun.

The only bad thing I can see is the Bounty Hunters. I personally can't stand ultrarare chase figures like that in any game. Just make them regular uniques or LE's. Is that so hard to do?

Oh, and the :wand: looks like it might become pretty good and actually warrent there being some much anti-magic in the game.

Guys I really think that the Drac in the photo is one of the Bounty Hunters. That thing looks more powerful than the Arcane Draconum and Vithzerai put together.

Yes, they've often done that. A lot of the pics for DR LEs are on non bases, as well.

I don't think the one little guy in the lower photograph is Maleficious - it doesn't really match up with the picture they had with the Faction War advert. That guy looks more like a BPR piece of some sort, maybe some sort of steam-punk mage.

So far, I must admit, Sorcery seems to be tapping into some pretty good ideas. The question is, with the 10 new subfactions, will they all be unique, assuming that spellbooks are to be like relics and would need a unique base to use them? If so, that's a lot of subfactions to decorate with uniques and it wouldn't leave much room for anyone outside of the new subfactions. I guess it's still too early for anything but scant speculation.

here is my thoughts:

the guy on the throne is Tezla...the description of him on his death bed matches up.......either him or Karruden.....the Drac is Chrom-dara.....solonavi chick is Kastila, and a new wand SA or proficency that lets them shoot Ghoust form units with like a -1 ranged dmg and -2 attack or something....and the Senial looking guy is Malfious and the Angel type person is an EL figure from the new Hiernam Host subfaction (guesing) a Guardian sent by the Elven Gods to aid the land (and beat back the Apokalypse).

I totally agree. I saw it, and my jaw dropped. I MUST have it...

I hope we get to see the entire set before it's out, as well as the rules, like DR, then I can start looking at the possibilities :D

Umm both tezla and karrudan are dead, so that guy won't be eitehr one.

so is Kolt, Putrid, Kzar Nabar, Soulmare, Quickblade, and Priest Sydin. And just because they're dead dosn't mean WK can't make a piece of them, think as a flash back from the past when Sorcery was unified under one person.....

Those are undead or have been killed AFTER they were made as fig, not JUST DEAD since a long time. Anyway, they can't make Tezla, what faction would it be uh?
