btw, I took out an entire 600 point army with just Hermod w/pilot and inferno flamers. How many people can say that. Just ask if you want the details, lets just say I embarrassed HD.

Bah, it makes sense to cut off the supply lines in battle that you know will be long. If you destroy your enemies ability to make war then attrition takes its toll in the end. Not to mention the clans agreed and they bickered between themselves anyway and made stupid choices.

Actually his mouth is writing checks from a fairly large bank account, so overdraws are infrequent. I do dearly wish to see him up against DR and his Wolves at the Marmalade Dog tournament. Then again if luck is on his side, we will NEVER hear the end of it.

1st match after you left yesterday.

Thanks to Khan Timberwolf One Kell of Clan Wolf United, I now have a Battleforce set. Once my pieces from Aunduril arrive, I should actually have something material to contribute here other than "Go Team!".

Not to be mean but this is a strategy thread, a comment here and a comment there is fine but taking up space to declare your L33Tness is not needed. If you wish to start a thread proclaiming your awesomeness then by all means you are free to do so.

Running around bragging about is not exactly being modest about your achievements. You can be excited about your win, but at least have consideration for your opponent's feelings. How do you think that opponent felt after seeing his force go up in flames at the hands of A SINGLE MECH because you've been playing the game longer? And then keep talking about how "cool" it was afterwards? It's no wonder the newbies don't want to play you! It's like kicking them in the junk then pissing on them as they lay there in pain.

Next time you play, reign in your enthusiasm for a win a few notches and then after the match, tell them what they did wrong, what they did right, and how to counter it the next time they see it. You don't have to be condescending about it, just tell them. Like when you were helping John in the pick-up match on Saturday. This is two-fold: you have to come up with another way to win over them next time, and they walk away with knowledge on how to play better.

Ummm, you were there. I lost to tirrex, but it was close.

And its more like me not wanting to play the newbies, its boring. And It is sad that I even won that tourny seeing how I played a total #### army. Would have been more fun if David had gotten there earlier. And btw, I do tll them what they are doing wrong, I even help them during the game.

My #### army I won with = Hermod w/pilot and inferno flamers, Ull w/pilot and IT, Hod w/pilot and coolant pod, RD undine.

Tirrex, Have you used the CJF Vulture b4. I've been itching to take it out for a test run and was wondering what kinda strat you use for it. Was thinking AnP would be a nice gear for it.

And is the CJF MDFA faction pride worth getting?

I am thinking about getting a CJF p-hawk and playing the CJF/CW SA, it looks nice when youre using lights.
