My foil Harvey Bullock has a small smudge of yellow near the Atk/Def. At first I thought it was mustard, which would have been funny. The I pulled the non-foil and it didn't have the smudge. Hopefully it's not a mistake as I like the fact that Bullock would drip crap all over his card.

Blastaar just to tell you all th foil Harvey Bullocks I've seen have that yellow smuge. It must be a printing error.

-The image on Clench Virus (the guy dying), looks suspiciously like a younger Stan Lee (which is even funnier since its a DC card).

-Both on Barbra Gordon <> Oracle, and on Clocktower, the clock face is written in roman numerals. the 4 however is written as IIII instead of IV on BOTH. not sure if this is something from the comics or not, but that is just wierd.

Well, unusual, but not really incorrect. The original form of Roman Numerals was always additive...so 4 was IIII. Only sometime later did it become subtractive, hence the IV for 4 or IX for nine for example.

hmm. never knew that. but it is unusual that the 9 is still done in IX format.

It may not mean anything - it may just be a nod towards the story of the Tower of Babel...

And you can't understand it, which is the point of the Tower of Babel

Maybe it's a reference to the Tower of Babel storyline, and you aren't meant to understand it.
