No. Is all I have to say. Why change the game? It is quite balanced as it is right now.

Yeah, all card games have their share of powerful/annoying cards, but deal with it. Don't change the game by adding sideboards and banning stuff. It just complicates the game. Makes it very un-fun when you have some cards that are good, but useless.

I've heard countless occasions where people who play DBZ buy awesome cards from a set, and then they get banned.

What a hassle.
