He didn't say it was a new Vs license. IT seems to me like this "PROJECT" is going to replace what Superman Starter was supposed to do, in that it will help new players get into the game.

This seems to me being the Video Game that was announced late last year (I think that's when it was).

ok this does kinda peeve me. Why is it the best or most iconic teams are getting shafted? Gotham Knights, Team Superman, X-men. What the hell VS? What the frikken hell?

They're talking about the videogame adaptation of VS that Konami was supposed to be working on.

True enough, but I don't think a game replaces a starter. And Indy VS would act as a "new player product," arguably, a lot stronger than video game. Indy targets an entire new demographic. A video game mostly targets the same Marvel and DC fan base. And besides Indy VS wouldn't be a new liscence necessarily... It'd just be the first product of a liscence they've had. ;)
