playing against thunderbolts, i had an Xmen 7 drop juggs out, a 6 drop rogue and a 4 drop nightcrawler from the starter. he has a charcoal, the 7 drop beetle. turn eight he drops karla soffen and proceeds to laugh in my face and say GG. I say ur right swing my juggs into his charcoal which he had placed in front of his karla.....everyone was laughing for about 5 minutes and the dunbest misplay i have ever seen.

My all time favorite combo actually working.

i play a modified GLock.

My win condition? Anti-Monitor+Maggeddon= DEATH BY MAGGEDON!!!

every time the two come out, the shock on my opponents face is priceless.

Well, here was one a friend did while testing, he was playing Thunderbolts Tactics and i'm playing Spider-Friends/Gotham Knights

Its turn 5 and in my support row I have Rocket Racer next to GCPD officer, no team-up.

He proceeds to get Charcoal up in the 60's while attacking Rocket Racer...I was close to extending the hand and conceeding...until I noticed the bold text on Racer that said Evasion.

I had to make sure Deadly Conspiracy stopped that Charcoal from attacking again before I could breathe again lmao
(mostly because I have yet to buy a single pack of Avengers, it would seem there isn't a team I have trouble with while using SpiderKnights)

in a JLA sealed PCQ i saw my friend get to turn 8 having milled their entire opponents deck into their hand, and their opponent then played solomon grundy, my friend team attcked it with his two biggest characters and it just went and hid in the hidden area and swung straight back on his attacks to put my friend on about -30

My opponent use kill the flatscans to KO my 5 drop sub mariner~namor and mutant massacure removing my 6 drop captain america from play.

He said I couldn't recruit Hercules anymore
I recruited rick jones with the discard followed by hercules.
"he truely is a heroes best friend" was my retort

my opponent scooped, it was awsome.

well i got two:

1) A guy has Sinetro <> GLoK , G'Nort and some more guys. He doesn't have any DEF pump and gets his Sinestro attacked with a total of 13 ATK which was Sinestro DEF because of G'Nort...The guy attacking has no more cards so obviously he has no pumps in case that Sinestro got pumped... The Sinestro player said "HAH!! I GOT OVER THIS ATTACK...EMERALD DAWN TO POWER UP SINESTRO"...guess who he KO'ed...YES...THE G'NORT HIMSELF!!!!

2)This is the funnier i have. i'm playing TNB against Wild Vomit.

Turn 1: he drops a Wild Sentinel and i miss.
Turn 2: I play Pyro he plays two more Wild Sents.
Turn 3: He plays 3 more Wild Sentinels and i have to do the best undredrop I have ever done... I place Pyro behind LORELEI... he just looks at me hopeless.

In a pcq I was playing solitaire vs a common enemy deck teched out to beat ... solitaire, go figure. He's been stalling all game so I've run out of time with only 3 drop dagger on the board (his board is empty) and the score is something like him 17, me 15. He has 3 cards in hand. Fearing a flame trap or HAB in response to activating her to burn, I attack his face for the win .... only he beatdown/overloads me and i lose. This was before the beat/load trick was popular.

God that sucked.

I was playing League of Assassins against Curve Sentinels. It was his initiative, he attacks, I played Tower of Babel, then he flipped Mojoverse. WTF!?

Who were you playin against? And where do you play? Haha! Never saw anythin' like that before.

-I get hosed game one with some bad draws V some good blue (i'm playing TT V his CS)

-game 2 I have terrible draws so I've scooped in conversation when he starts to clown around after attacking into my garth with Bastion (I sac dove and go to 1 life) by attacking into my roy and NOing him, I have 3 press in hand and stun all bar hounds with roy (he responded to one of them with an overload I had NSF - playing 2 ATP)., I then press terra who had recently tapped his MK 2, and shoot hounds peeling the last NSF in deck to prevent the roy from stunning me to below 0, anyway I beat back into bastion with redstar and won from there.

-Hot peels, pairing the board on the river into their nutflush.

Well, Mojoverse was teched into Sentinel builds back when they were really afraid of betrayal. If someone played betrayal when you have Magneto and some Sentinels out, flip Mojoverse and take away all of your team affiliations so you don't have to stun anyone.

At hobby league right when the Avengers set was brand new a friend made a Sqaud/Avengers team-up. I was playing an X-men curve beats. It goes to turn 8 (my init) and he's taking a lot of time figure out his play. I have a suspicion who he's trying to recruit so I tell him to take his time. He finally figures out how to empty his hand enough to recruit Hyperion. My attack step: Nightcrawler and Polaris fastball special to stun Hyperion. Man that was fun.
