Thats pretty cool, truth is i wasnt sure how to do the Sanin.....
With Orochimaru as a Sound ninja to have the name Orochimaru pass onto another character when they KO, and the Sound locations give benefits to characters named orochimaru...
To represent the way orochimaru takes peoples bodies for their powers....
The thing is, not really partial to the first part of my Immortality jutsu. The one I am really hard up on is the second effect. With the 7 drop Orochimaru, it gives him new resources to work with by reshuffling the deck, thus lengthening his life (since his loss condition is no deck, thus the forbidden jutsus have disintergrated his current body, and before using the immortality jutsu, he died). By removing itself and 15 cards, you cannot do it infinitely is to represent the 3 year restriction it has. Part of the reason Orochimaru created the Immortality jutsu besides the fact he can learn more jutsus is using forbidden jutsus to shorten the life of the current container would have little to no drawback if he can transfer his essence down the line.
So basically, a combo of your's and mine would be good. Still benefits the whole "one man army" theme, but allows him to change bodies over and over again with some restrictions.

KO a character you control. Return target character from your a KO'd pile with cost equal to or less then the number of resources you control and lose endurance equal to character's cost.. That character cannot cause breakthrough this turn. KO it at the start of the recovery phase phase.

Also, think there should be some more Akatsuki characters:
Discard a card from your hand-> Move Zetsu to your hidden or visible area.
Activate -> KO target stunned character. Put 2 1+/1+ counter on Zetsu. Use this ability only during the recovery phase.

Basically, this represents Zetsu quite nicely, hiding in the shadows, assessing the situation/spying, not much of a threat (he hasn't been provoked yet, he is just known for being around :-p). Then when the other Akatsuki members deal with the threats, he deals with the clean-up.... he is one sick puppy....
If a character would be stunned by Itachi, they do not recover this turn.
Activate -> Stun target character. Itachi does not ready this turn. Use this only during your attack step.

This represents Itachi and his Mangekyou Sharingan, if he is on the offense, using it, then the unknowning victim will fall for it, thus any opposition being rendered useless due to falling victim to this genjutsu attack (on the other hand, if the other party is on the offense, knowing about the Mangekyou Sharigan and what it is capable of, thus can formulate a plan to counter. Basically, during my attack represents the first time Itachi and Kakashi fought, and not being able to use the stun ability defensively represents the second fight between Kakashi and Itachi when Kakashi knew about how to counter it better).
Of course the not ready represents the amount of chakra it takes Itachi to use it, thus needing time to recover. Of course the opposing recovery effect represents that even with the most advance medical jutsus, it still takes time to recover from Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan :-p.
When Kisame comes into play, you may search your deck for a card called "Shark-Scaled Blade" and equip it to him.
If a character would be stunned, put a 1+/1+ counter on Kisame.

This basically represents Kisame as a blood thristy shark, getting stronger and stronger off the smell of blood (and his blade is usually capable of it :-p). The Blade itself represents the chakra draining aspect in which they cannot really use jutsus to support themselves or lessen the damage while being slashed by it.
Kakashi 666, these are really good ideas, and seems we think along the same lines as far as Orochimaru goes. While on vacation, I made this card, and it just so happens it's alot like yours.
Impure Ressurection, Forbidden Technique

As an additional cost to play Impure Ressurection, KO a Sound character you control and put the top 3 cards of your deck into your KO'd pile.
Put target character from your KO'd pile with cost less than or equal to the cost of the character you KO'd into play. It gains the Sound affiliation and the version Mindless Minion.
The KO'ing cards represents your idea (which is good, by the way) about Orochimaru and the deck representing his current body, and about how powerful techniques like this one weaken the body that uses it. Nice ideas for the Akatsuki, I was having trouble coming up with a theme for them. Here are some more:

If a stunned Akatsuki character you control was about to be KO'd, you may pay 5 endurance. If you do, recover that character, remove all counters from it,put a -2 Atk/-2 Def counter on it, and it gains the version Puppet.

Hiruko gets +1 Atk while team attacking with Sasori.
Activate->remove target defender you control named Sasori from this attack. Hiruko becomes the defender this attack.
This represents how Sasori transforms people into his puppets, and how they give him his strength. It also represents how he 'wears' puppets like Hiruko to give him protection and strength. Also, I think Itachi should be an 8-drop. Anyone who can defeat Kakashi like he did, murder the entire Uchiha clan, and make Orochimaru fear him deserves an 8-drop.
Okay, after watching the Naruto episode on Cartoon Network on Saturday, I got excited about Neji, so I decided to make him.
Neji, Byakugan Unleashed
Cost: 5
Team: Leaf
Atk/Def: 10/9
Flight/Range: No/No Genin
Neji's defense cannot be reduced by effects your opponents control.
Pay 1 endurance-> look at target opponent's hand. Use this power only once per turn.
Activate-> remove target character with cost 2 or less from this attack. Use this power only while Neji is defending.
This represents his Byakugan's expert insight ability, allowing to see his opponent's moves before they are played, and its 360 degree vision, showing that he cannot be taken by suprise and his defense cannot be reduced. Neji also excels in intimidating his less confident opponents, shown by removing characters with cost 2 or less from the attack.
Here's my modified Immortality Jutsu as well:
Immortality Jutsu, Forbidden Technique

As an additional cost to play Immortality Jutsu, KO a character you control named Orochimaru.
Choose a Sound character you control. That character loses all names and identities and gains the name Orochimaru. Put 5 cards from your KO'd pile at the bottom of your deck. Remove this card from the game after use.
So this basically combines my original ideas with Kakashi 666's, regenerating the deck while making a new Orochimaru.

When Orochimaru comes into play, you may discard a card. If you do, search your deck for a Forbidden Technique, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck.
Whenever you play a Forbidden Technique, you may put the top two cards of your deck into your KO'd pile. If you do, put a +1 Atk/+1 Def token on Orochimaru.
There are going to be more versions of Orochimaru, and probably one for the Akatsuki, too, but this is the first one I've finished. I have to give you props and thanks, Kakashi 666, for the deck/current body idea.
Just thought I'd add a few ideas myself since I love the game and the anime.
