ARB is the most sensible banning right now, it is a card that wins you the game practically, although you still need to have the character survive combat + do breakthrough (Unless I'm missing something here).
Overload and JLoA are good control cards, they keep your opponent from doing their stuff. Frankly though, overload is useless now unless you run SB/NS/O and thats 12 nearly wasted slots for most decks (and don't say sents would come back- JLoA, Fiddler.dec and ARB would wreck them.)
JLoA is just an "unfun" card for the victim of it, but the JLoA deck was nigh impossible to play correctly. It would be the control deck to beat.
Fiddler combo would pretty much suck if EVERYTHING was unbanned. Too slow/ clunky.
However, this is all just theoretical talk.
acctually, Sents just might have the ability to beat Ivy League decks, if they can draw Reconstruction Program, especially in multiples. thats just theory though.
My friend just told me that Gone But Not Forgotten was banned because of fiddler on the roof? I haven't been playing as much due to school so I am unfamilliar with this combo. All I can see is that you can KO and re-recruit Fiddler to gain endurace?
Am I missing some jank that makes the combo ultra broken?
When does the ban come into effect?

There was a Moloids combo (not Fiddler) that was truly responsible for its banning. Using the new Moloids you essentially were able to create a loop turn 4/5 with the 5 drop Mr. Fantastic by passing around the decoy program and koing exhausted moloids to devil's due to gain infinite endurance and infinite counters.
The Fiddler deck was an unfortunate side victim to this first combo.
originally Clocktower had no "if you do clause" and if you had no Face Down Resources you would still put the top card of your deck into your resource row
