the swap rule is ok, i mean, i have opened up some godly packs, 1 card pool of mine had 15 heralds characters in it, with creation, 9 drop galactus, and inspiriing demise, i passed it and got triple interstellar offensive and massive kree/heralds, anyway, the point is to prevent cheating, especially at 10k's. why do you think they stamp the cards in PC draft
